Default 15% rev share with Affactive? please help

    Hi all,

I have been promoting Affactive for a long time but after I rode so many players complaints about them, honestly I am not giving them any more exposure as before. Also, their software is so buggy, random aspx errors, there was also a problem when one of my tracker has been suddenly changed to CPA and guess what, even I brought new player through this tracker, I have not been even credited for CPA, earnings was equal to zero - no CPA credit and no rev share credit - what the hell! I spoke with my AM and while he manually fixed this error. While he was doing this, aspx errors were all over the place.

The other thing that doesn't make sense at all, I brought them total of $193 in deposits (35% rev share deal). There were no withdrawals and chargebacks, guess how much I have earned? $30. their excuse for this is because player was winning and this was shown as "returns" and this returns has been deducted from rev share amount. I think its pretty normal to win at casino, what the moron should play at casino without the chance of winning, right? If he withdraw that winning amount then it should be deducted from the earnings. but as i said, there were no withdrawals and chargebacks.

The last thing my AM told me that my earnings was deducted from the free chipers. So basically competitors can open multiple players accounts and spam free chips to deduct competitor's earnings or set it equal to zero. Is this fair? I havent met program which is doing this. On the other hand, every chip and promo has the time when it expired. AM told me free chips are active as long as the player account is active.

This all doesn't make sense to me at all. What are your experience with them? Do you have this scenario also?

    Sorry for my bad english,

I think the way they threat their players says enough and involved in some other things. If you, despite all, decide to promote them, this is what you could be expecting.

That's the place they belong. But kind of a pity that they've got blacklisted after they scammed the affiliate that is earning money sending players to this casino's.

$433 Chargeback at WinPalace 6/7/15. Went back well over a year and did not see any deposits for WinPalace.

Rick who is this player that has charging back for years?

Seems everytime I go poking around in the stats the backend crashes.

    Hello Moonkey,
thank you for sending your username, i have sent you all the stats and explained your commission amount along with stats to illustrate this better.
i will address here every point you have mentioned.
    - As illustrated and sent to your email, all your trackers are set on our agreed rev share deal, non has been changed, by reading the headline of your post i would assume that you think your trackers are set on 15% rev which is not true, with your permission i will be happy to reveal your stats with deal terms.
    -
The other thing that doesn't make sense at all, I brought them total of $193 in deposits (35% rev share deal).
well, as illustrated your basic mistake is to think that your commissions correlates with your deposit amount, it is not. your commission is a % out of the net gaming for good or for bad, you can complain and say that your commission is low now because your Net is low, this is true however on the other side you will still make money long after your players will stop depositing, the deal is fair for both sides, if you want to switch to another deal, it can be arranged but you cant complain about a Netgaming deal which is not profitable for you, this is your traffic.
chargeback, withdrawals and returns are not part of this equation in your case.
    - 'Return' section role is irrelevant for the netgaming procedure and it is a mathematical column which its only purpose to 'balance the books', i'll explain. on the event an affiliate has been using free chip promotions, in some cases the player win large amount of money which exceed the terms of the free chip, i.e, a player receive $50 free and max cash out is X1 meaning the can cash out only $50 however the player had won $150 from this chip, in this event the 'Return' section will show $100 because the player can cash out only 50 and the 100 returns to the books.
    - a free chip does affect the affiliate's commission, this is a fact, you don't have to use these kind of promotions, you can stick to the welcome offers however like every partnership we share the risk. we take the risk of paying a player who didn't deposit and is a potential bonus seeker and you take the risk that the player will not use the free chip to its full hence your netgaming will be deducted of the remaining free chip.
    - competitors cant really affect your commission, hypothetically if they use multiple free chip in your account and don't play them, you will be deducted the amount of the free chip, however, our fraud dep will deactivate this player and the free chip coupon will be refunded so your commission is not affected.
i will be happy to assist you in the future and build a campaign that will actually balance between various offers hence maximizing your profit potential.
let me know if i left something out
    regards,
    Rick
