I just had my SECOND skype interview and now a few minutes later there is another unreasonable request. Security is asking me for a birth certificate, drivers license and ancillary cost bills. I'm so sick of it. I sent a lot of documents via E-mail and land post to proof my identity and I showed my documents live on skype. There is no question that I'm the real person. How could this proof anything what isn't already proven. This is clearly only chicane.

I just got my money. Thank you again Eli. I'm happy that security came to senses after all but it's a shady practice from security.

Hello,

1XBET stole all my money with bad methods. I explain my situation here :

- i bet since 2 or 3 years without any problem
- i won money during the football season 2018 and World Cup, more than 10K€ in my balance
- i did withdrawal without problem since one day, one has been rejected
- i asked to their support why. They said their Security Department need to verify my identity
- i already sent my ID card before but i did it again. After, they asked to make screenshots of my neteller account. I did it.
- The same evening, it was impossible to connect to my account. I sent an email to ask why whithout answer
- The next morning, i tried to connect to my account and it was ok this time. But what a surprise : all my money was GONE !
- It didn't take long to understand why : they made 7 "fake" big bets (5 lost, 2 won) to empty my account
- It remained only 130 euros on my account. The rest was gone.
- I contacted their support and they faked the surprise. They asked to contact Security Department. The Security Department fakely asked to give a lot of information about computers i use to connect, my IPs, who knows my password.
- The funny part is it was magicly possible to withdraw the 130 euros

Can someone be able to help me ?

I am so sad today. I created an account at 1xbet ( my friend present for me, he play small amount and it was ok). I played, gained and lose. But from 1 month 1 deposited 3000usd and after world cup I gained 7000 usd ( total 10k). I can't withdraw. I read in the internet, the same story for many people already. It is my fault when I chose this place! After all verification, ID, passport, bank statement,selfies...They deduce my account to 0 and close it! No more one mail. That is a very big lesson for me. I have to accept it. Avoid these dirty scammers if you don't want to loose your money!

hello

I usually play on an other site and then decided to also open an account on 1xbet because of the good odds, about two months ago.
then after making a lot of bets I was able to make +1600 of winnings.

after finally passing the long verification process I got this message:

of course this was a big shock and the money on my gambling account just got deleted from 1600 to 0 !! what a joke
now that I did some reseach I've seen that they are doing this with many players..
needless to say that I didn't commit any of the mentioned fraud..I just like to do some sportsbetting from time to time and and usually don't win much..this it very frustrating and I don't know how a relatively big brand can behave like this!!

now my question is if someone with the same problem finally received their money and how did you do it???
or if anyone representative for 1xbet can help, my account number is account # removed for privacy

YOU opened an account and let your "friend" play it, so you shared your account with someone else, which is an immediate Term of Service violation on just about every single operator's site out there.

They have no problems when you put money in to the acoount, it takes 5 minutes but when it comes to withdrawal they dont pay it or pay vere late. You have lots of unsatisfied customers here, you can check sikayetvar.com and search 1xbet then you can see hundreds of unpaid customers. Here is my example i share my transaction id with you ( withdrawal request no: 116746091) i have been waiting for 4 days for transaction. Normally they say 1 min.- 24 hour (max) . They dont pay me yet.
Finally i think your Partnership in Turkey doing very b

You're complaining about the experience with the company and yet admit to T&C violations. That sort of behaviour is explicitly prohibited by us. It is unfortunate but I do think you're in the wrong here.

I guess not.
I am still waiting for a couple of thousand Euros over half a year now.
I've send some emails back and forth with Eli and some woman Yana from 1xbet,
but they came only up with excuses and bogus claims.

The last advice from Eli was

If you insist on your position - consider requesting help from organizations specialized in betting adjudication and mediation. We'll be happy to provide our evidence to them.

I get how they lure in new customers with their high odds (monitored on oddsportal and oddspedia e.g.) and huge betting portfolio.

What I don't get is how they can scam people over years and get away with it.

The fact that they have just gotten new partnerships with Premier League Clubs like Cardiff and Tottenham is just frightening.

Guess there will be plenty of more people who will get scamed and stolen from in the future.

my account to 1xbet is boccked within 6000 euro . I have been talking to them for two years, I have sent any documents that I have requested. I talked to video skipe. every document I sent to Moscow and finally Lviv Ukraine. I am very tired . Is there a legal way to help someone with me?
