    I have not received any mail. It would also be a joke to ask me for more documents after 2 months! ..
    I was sending emails to curacao-egaming, I received a response from them and I got answered from [email protected] to saying:

    The company (miljugadas Srl) of the deposits that I use, uses a payment processor (Payu), with PayU already speaking and they sent me all the transactions that they sent me, I sent them to security, but they ask me for the ok of the other company (miljugadas Srl) but it seems that this company is a ghost, the mail that they give me at the moment of the payments no longer exists and the contact phone does not work either ..     Once I had a problem with a withdrawal that it was resolved with the help of Mr. Eli here. Now I've a small problem with a deposit and I can't resolve with the 1xbet support, so I'm trying here.

    On the 1st of April, I deposited 20€ by the method of Rapidtransfer. I used my bank account and, as you may know, you have to approve on the bank account app the transaction during that time. I did that and all worked fine.

    However, 2 days later, I went back to my bank account and I saw that a request of 20€ was still pending. The request was probably done twice, so when I was going to reject it, I made a mistake and clicked yes. The money left my bank account, I received the Skrill email approving the transaction but the 20e are nowhere to be seen.

    So, I was charged twice for the same ID transaction: one on the correct day that I received and other that I didn't get, for the same transaction, 2 days later. Can you help me?

After initially receiving an email saying there had been a security breach, I had several email exchanges, each time they seemed to be accusing me of being the criminal! I sent them my passport and a copy of my Skrill deposits to 1XBET. I then set up two-step authentication as instructed. It was a little annoying that they were so suspicious when I hadn't actually done anything wrong, but I followed it through thinking they would just go "OK, someone hacked into your account but we appreciate it wasn't your fault and here's your money back". Instead I got this:
