Once I had a problem with a withdrawal that it was resolved with the help of Mr. Eli here. Now I've a small problem with a deposit and I can't resolve with the 1xbet support, so I'm trying here.
On the 1st of April, I deposited 20€ by the method of Rapidtransfer. I used my bank account and, as you may know, you have to approve on the bank account app the transaction during that time. I did that and all worked fine.
However, 2 days later, I went back to my bank account and I saw that a request of 20€ was still pending. The request was probably done twice, so when I was going to reject it, I made a mistake and clicked yes. The money left my bank account, I received the Skrill email approving the transaction but the 20e are nowhere to be seen.
So, I was charged twice for the same ID transaction: one on the correct day that I received and other that I didn't get, for the same transaction, 2 days later. Can you help me?
