I've been told that the procedure is the same, same documents should be sent and they don't seem to be minding that you're in travel.

Even if this address is real, they won't unlock your account. They just try to discourage players. They will ask more and more documents and when your 3th letter will be sent, they will invent a reason to not pay you. They have no intention of paying you.
1xbet is getting blacklisted everywhere. They don't care about their "reputation" anymore.
They will scam many other customers, believe me.

It's impossible to contact anyone who would like to help. The customer service doesn't help. The most ignorant service in the world.
I'd like to warn everyone!! Don't use 1xBet!!! They are very dishonest!!! My 500e has been blocked for 4 months for no reason. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!!! Anna
