    hello,
i registered on this site on may 2.
    I deposit 2k,
    i did these bets:

after all bet were won they voided all and blocked my account.
Then started to ask me: id card, selfie with monitor with their email and documents in hand, screens of skrill account, utility bill.
i sent all document and they accepted.
Then i logged in the site and i did appeal as they told me to do, they asked me 2nd times documents and skrill screens.
    I sent.
Now, today they ask me to send via regular postmail (not tracked) , a copy autenthicated of my id card, and screen of skrill account.
@Eli Todosov can you explain me how i send screenshot via postmail? i must print? if yes how i can print a full screened screenshot (they dont like cutted screens).
Im thinking that site is only trying to scam me as did with many peoples.
I will do this last request, if they dont give me back my 2k ( i dont want winnings, i want only back my money and go away to serious books),
i will report with other scammed players, these facts to curacao authority, that released them license to operate.

    bye

    Hallo,
first of all, let me excuse for my English, as I am not a native speeker.
Last week I registered and deposited 1500 EURO and had some luck so I had 2000 Euro after one day. So I tried to withdraw money, but it took a lot of time, since they were requesting several documents (ID, Selfie, Selfie in front of my laptop..).
I was continuing gambling and put some nice bets, so I ended up at around 4200 Euro by yesterday.
This morning I received the following mail:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions point 2 subpoint 18 of the betting company Melbet.

The decision has been made after careful investigation of the situation by our security service. According to the results of the investigation we have reasons to suppose that all your bets on sport events from this gaming account have been placed not by you, it violates above mentioned point of Terms and Conditions directly.

We ask you not to create new accounts in our website. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to create new accounts, we will block them. At the same time your actions have been a violation of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. The Decision concerning the stopping any collaboration with you is final and without appeal.

You can withdraw your funds in amount of your deposit."

Problem is: They cancelled ALL Bets I played in the last week, so (after several mails and problems again), I could only withdraw 1500 Euro. In consequence, they owe me 2700 Euro approximately. Moreover: I cannot login any more, seems this bookie deleted my account.
To say it very clearly: I DID NOTHING WRONG, DID NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE BETS WITH SOMEONE ELSE, ALL BETS HAVE BEEN PLACED BY ME.

Please help me! What can I do? 2700 EURO is a lot of money for me. It is simply not fair that this scamming really works. If I had lost the money in the last days, no one would have cared. But they seem to punish "winners" or guys with a phase of luck

ABOVE ALL: I can only warn all of you: Donīt USE THIS bookie, or any other from this syndicate (1xbit, melbet and probably many more I do not even want to know)

    Hi there, account: 11595181

I have deposited 100 euro money and I got a 100 bonus for the Lucky Friday. Than I placed accumulater bets as this is necessary to get the money credited to your main account. And finally I won something which was 1569 Euro from an accumulater bet.
And I placed for 400 euro extra accumulator bets to make sure that the required rollover was done within the 24 hours period rule.

Finally I had 1169 Euro left in the bonus account which should be credited to my main account. But the response was that I only got 100 euro???????? They said that this si the terms and conditions??? you don't get anything more than your bonus money???
So basically they say, we give you bonus money and if you win anything with accumulator bets, we don't pay you?????

THIS IS REALLY REALLY a criminal act... have never seen this anywhere.

    My Complaint:

1xBet are making it impossible to withdraw winnings.

I have won a small amount (a few hundred pounds) but found that 1xBet are reducing the odds offered to me whenever I log in by up to 10%. So I decided to withdraw my funds.

I went through all the usual hoops mentioned by many others, photographs of identity card, utility bills, selfie with identity card and finally got approved for withdrawal.

Then when I tried to withdraw it failed - stating the country code for withdrawal was invalid. Ater some useless explanations from online chat ("you should type in the correct country code" - "there is no place on the form to type in the country" - "oh, sorry" etc I was passed to their email support).

After asking for documents I'd already sent, they finally said that they were having technical problems with card payments so couldn’t do it that way.

I asked if they did IBAN/BIC payments and they said yes and asked me to email a different 1xbet email address to request the withdrawal that way.

Instead of completing my request they emailed back to ask me to make a minimum deposit via citadel, then bet it and then make my withdrawal via citadel. Convoluted as that was I tried. Of course, there was an error and citadel isn't working for deposits.

So basically 1xBet are trying every trick in the book to avoid paying me out. Endless requests for information. Systems which are magically broken for withdrawal but work fine for deposits.

I am messaging here in the hope of getting a quick resolution otherwise I shall be complaining to the gambling license operator + visa/entropay who I made the deposit through.

It seems very true. The problem is that until you run into this problem you assume a base level of honesty. Normal bookmakers are sharp, no doubt And they do you no favours and are happy to close you down if you start winning. But this is the first I've experienced of one actively stealing in this way.

OK. Here is an update that might give others facing similar problems some hope - I was finally able to withdraw my funds.

The answer is to use an ewallet - in my case upaycard.

One BIG problem 1xbet have is that they have incorrectly implemented country codes for the UK. When I registered they stored my country as England with country code EN - that's not a valid international country code - it should be United Kingdom/GBR.

As a result, when you try to withdraw via Entropay or Citadel the transaction is rejected by the receiving bank because they pass over this invalid country code.

They said they would transfer to my account by IBAN directly instead but after 3 days nothing happened. Just delay after delay.

Withdrawal via upaycard worked. I will no doubt have to suffer various fees to get my money out from there, but at least it's out of 1xbet.

    Good news !

Unfortunately, UpayCard is not the solution for me. I used this method to make my deposits and my withdrawals

Always, and ALWAYS read and make sure you understand the bonus requirements. Always. Did I mention always?

And, if you did read the bonus requirements, did it state that the max cash out was to be set at the amount you initially deposited? If so, then I would like to refer back to what I said earlier. What was that again? Oh yes.

ALWAYS read the bonus requirements PRIOR to depositing money.

HOW ELSE can you determine whether or not they are fair. If you fail to read the bonus requirements, which by the way you should ALWAYS read prior to making a deposit, then you are the one failing.

I had a story before, true story too. It is about a player who took out a no deposit bonus of $50.

He DID NOT read the bonus requirements and went on to play the slots. He won a jackpot worth more than $30K. And so, he went out that night, splashed out money as if there was no tomorrow. He won a lot of money. He thought.

At the time when he wanted to cash out, he was told, there is a max cashout of $100. And so, he was able to cash out $100 and was paid the $29,900 in play 'fun' chips in his 'play for fun' account. Three years later, he still did not cash out his $100. That is how sick he was from this.

I might just have one more chance now... Ah why not. Here goes nothing:

ALWAYS and ALWAYS read the bonus requirements PRIOR to depositing.

    Period.

I don't think he was defending them, merely stating their opinion.

Besides, whether you like it or not, people often do forget to read the T&Cs and then get mighty offended because they were rather careless.

    Hello to all,

I found the forum while searching about 1XBet complaints and decided to post as I see there is an active 1XBet representative here. I am hoping to get an honest answer as to why 1XBet has closed my account and confiscated my balance (1800 euros). The reason they stated was duplicate accounts (section 2.35 of their T&C). The fact is that I don't have (and never had) a second account under my name or played under someone else's name. Neither someone played or logged in to their 1XBet account from my PC. I only have one account with them and only one.

    The story goes like this:

I have the account for more than two years but only lately I decided to withdraw after a big wining streak. Then, 1XBet started asking for everything you can imagine and you can read in similar forum topics. After sending them all this info, I received an email telling me they are closing the account and confiscating my balance. They only allowed me to withdraw my initial deposits. I received no evidence or further explanation about this and of course they are not responding to my messages anymore. Of course, as there is no evidence or real reason behind it...

Even though I am betting online for more than a decade, this is the first time I encounter such a behaviour from a "big" bookmaker (1xbet is supposed to have brick and mortar shops). I was shocked with how easily, blantly, without any grounds and shame they employ such tactics. I read about the problems with 1XBet but I thought that probably the had some grounds (bonus abuse etc). I knew I was playing fair and I thought I had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately this wasn't the case...

So Mr (or Mrs) Todosov, can you please explain exactly why my account was suspended and my balance confiscated and provide any real evidence for it?

    Update:
after 6 months and 2 times i sent documents by ordinary mail, and without any news from them, i wrote again by mail.
This is how they scam people:

they reply only with copy/paste with same messages, like a bot.
    What to do now?

It took me 1 month to verify my account with them.
    Numerous calls and emails.

After that - I just closed my account over there and never looked back. They are just not professional enough.

    I don't think it's "not professional enough".
