Nice promo. But any progressive jackpot win that is run by the gaming software company, and not the casino itself, should never count against affiliate earnings.

Very cool promotion for affiliates, shame there isn't more nowadays.

$5k for the casino is well worth the publicity the site would get lol

    Default Nice Promo

Me thinks its a cool promo and im assuming that the bounty is paid on top of earnings

If you can share information on who else offers this kind of thing or does the above that would be great. I dont know a single aff program that is offering this kind of bounty or offer not to count wins against earnings . Do you ?

I think you misunderstood what I wrote.

I was referring to progressive jackpot wins like Beach Life. If somebody wins this jackpot it is not the casino that forks the money out of their funds. The money would come from the accumulative pot that is held by Microgaming on behalf of all Microgaming casinos whose players play these types of progressive jackpots.

I also did not say that there was anybody else who currently offers a similar type of promotion as WagerJunction.

Has this jackpot been won yet? I'm assuming the jackpot is playable in all main currencies, ie. a UK players would win ?,327,000 or whatever amount it's got up to now.

    Default Costs and Progressives

Fiction the jackpot is now over 8 million and it can be played in multiple currencies - or in whatever currency the Casinos offer - didnt see you at LAC mate .

Ixian i understood what you wrote , im pretty sure that there are costs associated with progressive jackpots and casinos still have to pay out on those games if a jackpot is not won on them.

There are costs like royalties , processing etc - so even though when a player wins a jackpot the whole amount is not paid by the Casino , there are always ongoing costs to the casino for people playing on progressive games.

I do agree with your point though , but to make that work is another can of worms to be explored on a different post. I think this WJ incentive is a nice affiliate friendly offer and should be taken as such.
