Cool About Human Motivation - Highly Relevant to community development

    Hi Guys,

I saw a video about human motivation. I found it to be fascinating and highly related to community development, an important subject to many casino affiliates. It will only take 10 minutes of your time and will be well worth it:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6XAPnuFjJc

I actually feel it resonates strongly on what motivates me personally at work.

What do you think about the video?

    * Sorry Guys... not sure how to embed a video here... if any mod would like to help me out with that... I'd appreciate it!
    Kind Regards,

This video is really very interesting and extremely well done. I had once carried out an opinion poll in a multinational company I used to work. The subject was: What motivates most in the work environment. The result was (as far as I still remember):

    1. Freedom to define one's own work
    2. Getting recognition from the people one is working with
    3. Achieving the goal set
    4. Financial reward

Around 200 people took part in the poll, most of them were graduates and above.

I believe Nandakishore's post was really interesting regarding his opinion poll.

It sure is a very inspiring vid. Motivation is one ingredient that can perk-up any individual to bring out those hidden things in them.

That's a pretty stellar video, just in terms of production value. But a great message as well.
It's a bit like Google's "20% time" in which Google employees get 20% a week to work on whatever they want. I think I read somewhere that 80% of their new developments have come from that 20% of time.
