Administrative Adjustment ??

hello,

Someone know what is an Administrative Adjustment
i had won 46€ and this month my balance was cancelled, when i check the finance tab i see :

Administrative Adjustment - Reset Accrued Balances - Amount: -€46.09 - Balance: €0.00

Send a ticket to the support to get some infos....i wait

The reset was due to an update of our payment system. The payment of €46.09 will be added to your next payment.

Dear Stephane, We did an upgrade to our payment module and everyone with outstanding payments got a message that their balance was reset. This does not mean that your money is gone as it is just a system message and we are keeping track of everyone who has encountered this problem. It will be fixed within a day or so.
