Thumbs down Affiliate Lounge - Getting our commission?

    Hello GPWA,

I have recently created a small business and then I decided to start promoting some bookmakers; Last month went everything well with what I had to receive from multiple bookmakers - no big delays aswell. This month I was checking my Affiliate Lounge Account: Betsson - I am promoting Sportsbook, mainly - And I notice I had a new player who deposited something around 1500€ and lost it all, but it was only stated that NET REVENUE was 9xx€. I sent e-mail some days later to them regarding this matter and they explained me they had some costs with that player; I went again on my Affiliate's Account and I notive Net Revenue decreased more, for around 600€ (with no one gain/lose money from my Affiliate's account - since I got no new players), so I decided to send them another e-mail and this is their answer:

As you know we pay commissions on the profits we make on players. We get this data from the respective platforms, the stated profit for this player was €967.20 . Unfortunately we don’t see the breakdown of these costs, what I can tell you is that there are many costs associated with a player, including license costs (costs we pay to suppliers such as NETENT), payment costs , payout costs , any bonuses used and lots more that helps convert and retain traffic.

I hope this gives you a better overview of where the rest of the money went. Betsson is a trusted brand , but it is only trusted because we invest the money to create that trust and hopefully generate better return for our affiliates too.
Have this already happenned to someone? Plus, how it is possible to have 1000€ fees with ONLY ONE player?
