Please tell us a little bit about yourself. Where are you from and where did you grow up?
I’m from Siberia, a quiet town named Omsk. A couple of years ago I moved to Moscow. You may ask why did I choose Moscow? I came here after my third year in the University and I fell in love - this rhythm, this speed of life movement, this scope that amazed me - I realized that after graduation I will definitely come here to live. The main thing is to set a goal and reach it no matter what. That's why I'm here!

How did you end up working in the iGaming industry?
Before my current job, I was engaged in traffic arbitrage with my brother and I am still doing it. We are creating an application for sports/casino betting. This helped me to study the whole market, gave me an understanding of what good traffic is and how to work with it.

What do you like most about working in the iGaming affiliate business and what has surprised you about the industry?
For me, this sphere itself is very unusual. There is no time to get bored! It's amazing to communicate with people from different countries, make friends, and then meet them at conferences, learn how to understand partners and find their own approach to everyone. It surprises and delights me at the same time.

Megapartners was founded in 2019. What has it been like working with a new program and what makes the Megapartners affiliate program attractive and unique to affiliates?
If I say that it’s easy, then I would be lying! Of course, this is a lot of work of all employees of our affiliate program. Since you need a lot of effort and a good team to create a good product, we try to make everything as convenient as possible for our partners, and this includes:

- Statistics
- Postbacks
- Bonuses, LTV, etc.
- Creatives

We always try to develop both sides: our affiliate program and the product itself. In my opinion, this makes our affiliate program unique because we approach our work responsibly and are always vigilant!

Please tell us about the Megapartner brands (Megapari.com and Megaslot.com) and what makes them attractive to players.
MegaPari was launched on a Curacao license in 2019 with sports, casino, poker, e-sports ?everything above is on one site, which is very convenient for players. Speaking about the geolocation, there is almost the whole world, with the exception of a few countries. For most countries, local payments are also connected. Besides, we also have our own super cool support and retention teams.

MegaSlot is our new casino project, which we launched not so long ago under the Malta license. On this product, we mostly focus on European countries, but we are ready to test other countries as well. Everything is on the same level with payment systems. There are local and standard ones on this product. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that we connect only the best gaming providers and update slots every week.

How does Megapartners work to retain players sent by affiliates?
For this, we have our own retention team on each project, which monitors the activity of our players, as well as a support team that helps players with any questions, which, I think, is really important. And, of course, the managers (here we have jacks of all trades), who also look after the players and, if they see big wins, ask to contact these players first.

What are the main keys for an affiliate and affiliate manager to build a strong and long-lasting relationship?
I think the attitude is the main thing! It seems to me that there is a very good phrase - treat people the way you would like to be treated. Agree! It’s nice when people can write to you just like that and ask how you are, without any subtext, just because they want to know, how this man is doing! When such a relationship is between a manager and a partner, long term relationships happen by themselves!

What would be your advice to an affiliate just getting started in the business?
Don’t be afraid to take risks, always follow all updates and test, test and test everything again! All top partners once started from scratch and they also didn’t succeed in everything at once, but they believed in themselves, trust me!

What do you think will be some of the biggest changes to the industry over the next three to five years?
Megapartners is monitoring the changes in the industry. It is likely that over the next three to five years, players will make more informed choices, gradually increasing the pace.

The industry is developing rapidly - we believe that bets will be made in VR format soon. Imagine: you are at an event, and right there, wearing glasses, you bet on the event.

The development of social media allows you to interact with the audience better. Ads are already on TikTok. The trend for advertising in affiliate marketing is gaining momentum, and we are sure to see completely new tools: VR integrations, full immersion in podcasts and videos, and the most native advertising present in completely different parts of the internet.

Over time, new technologies will allow you to more accurately get into the core of the audience. You just need to wait a little and go to the affiliate marketing market.

How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected you both professionally and personally?
On a professional level, of course, remote work gave me a lot of experience in organizing the process of work. On a personal level, it taught me to appreciate little things: walks, meeting friends, etc. I even bought a bicycle and I think this is the best thing that happened to me this summer!

Tell us about your typical work day.
Oh, we have a super team, we are so close to each other that in the morning, after arriving to work, we all ask each other how we are doing, make coffee and burst into the work process with pleasant cheerful music. And then we communicate with our dear partners, joking, having joint meals and going home in the late evening.

That sounds like a great office culture!
Megapartners?office culture is focused on understanding employees and helping partners. We always create a comfortable atmosphere, not only when communicating with a client, but also within the team. It’s important not to write down any rules on a piece of paper that no one reads. The responsibility of the person is to work, aspiration and burning eyes - these are the most important things. Megapartners is all about results, dedication, simplicity and friendship.

Do you gamble?
I don’t gamble, I don’t feel pleasure from it. I love to spend my free time for the benefit of myself.

What are your hobbies? What takes up your time when you are not working?
My favorite leisure activity is dancing. As a child, I studied at a music school and now when I have free time, I go to ballet, gymnastics and modern dances. But horses and everything connected with them take a special place in my heart, but I am not a professional, I only study equestrian sports.

If you could go on vacation tomorrow anywhere in the world, where would you go, who would you bring, and why?
Well, let me think, even if I was offered to fly anywhere and anytime, then most likely I would fly to my native Omsk to my parents, because I rarely get to fly to visit them and this is the most valuable journey for me.

What's your favorite movie?
The Blind Side is an amazing film about a woman with such a big and pure heart. In general, I love films based on real events, the realization that this happened to real people makes me absolutely delighted and gives me an insane incentive to do more.

If you could have dinner with three people, living or dead, who would they be?
This is a difficult question for me, because I have no idols. I prefer to live my life and not be equal to anyone, so my answer to this question will be banal: Mom, Dad and my brother

Name one thing that people reading this magazine don't know about you.
I love fashion and everything related to clothing. I don’t miss the opportunity to evaluate the latest novelties in this industry.

I have people that I look up to, but nobody in eyes is perfect enough for me to idolized. I think this comes with age, so you must be an old soul.

Great interview even though I only read it a year later!

However, my concern with MegaPartners is that I have sent 4 emails over 2 weeks and received no response or payment of March commission for that matter.

A response would be good.....

However I am now pleased to report that I have received full payment and my emails are being responded to.

My Affiliate Manager Marina has been very helpful and no further problems to report
