affiliate manager never answer

support there is good but I have tell them too manager dosent answer me... that sux...shall I wait 3 months on answers?
I have mail many times to mail support gave me.

I think it depends on who your affiliate manager is. Support at AffUtd is inconsistent, in my opinion. My contact is Jonathan and he seems really good and on the ball. However, if you chat with their general support via MSN IM then you may as well talk to my cat - they're unfriendly, impersonal and next to useless. Sorry, but that's how I've found their MSN support on every occasion. Also, I've asked them to sort my dodgy stats for ages and when they can't work out how to answer a question, they just stop responding.

All the above said, I will reiterate that Jonathan is very good. Perhaps you could ask for a transfer to him.

I'll re-iterate what FictionNet said with my contact, Adam.

Email there support and you will be waiting a long while for any type of robotic response, make sure you are definitely emailing your account manager directly, and if you are and are still unhappy then ask to get transferred - it shouldn't be a problem, they have hoards!

I just had a word with the cat (his name is 'Dog', btw - really) but he said he's now charging $50 per support request. PayPal is fine.

That seems in line Rob, I have heard that Dog was pretty knowledgable....(except when it comes to choosing humans)
