Have not seen to much talk in here about the shameful scam operation of chipleader and how they are refusing to pay affiliates and even players.
I really think its time to close their membership this shameful asswipe of a program

Anyone else has issues with them?

I think we should keep the forum open.
It gives us the opportunity to show other affiliates why they should NOT work with them or send them any traffic or even think about discussing sending them any traffic.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!
Rick, I see your point of course but the way it looks right now when new affiliates or anyone comes here is GWPA supports Chipleader with a nice Silver Sponsorship status.
Some unexpected affiliate could mistake this for a program who is ethical and in good standing with the GPWA.
So i agree we should keep it open - i think BIGWARNINGS that they are not paying players or affiliates needs to applied in the very least.

The update is as per status quo.
The refuse to pay affiliates (possibly even players - not sure) and make no effort to respond to emails.
They do not even reply here and have broken GPWA code of conduct I am sure..
But you guessed it -- they keep their shinny $ILVER $PON$OR$HIP!!
And of course my suggesting for warnings went ignored! :--)
Thanks for the update. I thought they were making efforts to pay: https://www.active-income.com/forum/absolute-...oj-197805.html
I agree at the least there should be a statement letting affiliates know what's going on. I will look into the sponsorship status.

no they have done nothing but take deposits but do not allow cash outs. NO affiliates have been paid.. and most from what i hear are calling it bad debt.
They are totally gone - a rogue outfit with SILVER Sponsorship class here.
Must be a contract thing I guess.. LOL

HAHA ok you owe me an ice cream ( i would say beer but i dont drink) next time we meet!!
Not your fault IMO - and besides we know what sponsorship means now these days anyways.
I am classifying them as delinquents anyways - they were shady all along and I was an idiot to even believe they wanted to do right by affiliates.
No worries Anthony they can remain here - like other programs do who share the same ethic!
Totally not your fault - its the new GPWA
Damn, I sure wish I would have known that we only needed to find stuff that Anthony missed to get ice cream.....
Geez, if I had known I probably would never need to buy it again....lol
Hmmmm..... a warning is needed as well as.....

Opps ... wrong program.
My positive feedback was about ChipSpilt .... Not ChipLeader.
We've never worked with ChipLeader / AP/ UB.
Sorry

"Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately there is not an update yet, affiliate payments are still being reviewed by upper management. We will contact you as soon as we have further information.
Your patience is highly appreciated."

A great GPWA sponsored program huh? Wonder if they renewed to be a sponsor with our money.
Anthony's message when he posted here said he'd been under the impression the issues were being responded to, asking for an update about what is unresolved, and also saying he would investigate. It feels like the comments about doing nothing when there are reports of problems with sponsor programs completely ignores what he wrote.
To highlight our general procedure in cases like this in case there are any future thread where neither Anthony or I notice it right away, there is a section of the forum here that is specifically for requesting dispute assistance if a program has not responded to a thread in their section. We monitor that section regularly precisely because we want to be able to get problems resolved and to take action if the program refuses to resolve them.
To address this specific case, we've contacted them about whether the allegations that affiliates are not getting paid are true and sent a follow-up message on the topic because there was no immediate response. We've also notified them that non-payment to affiliates and non-responsiveness to reported problems are both violations of the code of conduct. I sent an additional follow-up message a moment ago.

Thanks Steven,
Yeah understood. I understand there are so many issues going on with you Sponsored Programs shafting affiliates all kinds. So I appreciate its difficult to get to everyone in a timely manner.
I know of the section you refer to since I suggested that a year ago to make that kind of section and it was implemented so your right maybe i should of used that as well.
I just figured its best to post in the programs section since I was under the impression they get notification of the posts in them.
I think in this case everyone knows that Chipleader (UB and Absolute) is not paying their players or affiliates. This is common knowledge as far as I am concerned. They stopped making payments or communicating along time ago.
Most affiliates that i know of who choose not to post are basically calling it a bad debt and moving on. I am also doing the same but at least wanted to allow GPWA to know this is yet another Sponsor Program GPWA accepted money from to be listed here and they also are not paying affiliates and as far as i know players.
Its getting pretty common for Sponsored Programs to get the green light here and become a sponsored program only to scam the very affiliates who make this place run.
So be it - I accept it! No worries.
Considering the amount of programs here and shortage of staff may I suggest investing in a couple more staff for the tasks at hand.
Cheers
I presume the lack of update indicates no response from them?
How long is allowed for them to get back in touch?
I have yet to have any payment of commissions from them, and have now ceased sending them traffic.
Yes, we have been unable to obtain any response from them. On that basis we suspended their GPWA sponsorship effective earlier today. I made the announcement a few minutes ago in the thread: Chipleader Affiliates (Absolute Poker and UB) GPWA Sponsorship Suspended.

Absolute and UB have indeed been marked down as a bad debt, same as Full Tilt, very annoying.
