Hi I did receive your private message that you sent one hour ago. It is a holiday today in Malta that is why I didn't answer sooner. I have notified your affiliate manager but like I said it is a holiday so I am not sure how often he checks his email. But do I expect to hear from him soon.

I am here to help and I understand you are disappointed.
I did have contact with Adam yesterday telling me that your affiliate manager would be contacted and it has just been 24 hours. I can promise contact will be made....BUT please take into account that it is now it is a holiday and then the weekend.
In the meantime....Can you please make sure your contact and payment details are complete in your account? As this is the number one reason why a payment wouldn't be processed.
