    Hey everyone, or as they say in Thailand, ‘Sawatdee’!

    We’re back from our amazing time in Thailand and now in our cozy offices, all set to dish out the deets on the last big event of the year — AW Asia 2023 Bangkok.

    Just like we promised, AWA 2023 was nothing short of spectacular. It was the hot spot where industry geniuses gathered to mingle, soak in wisdom from the experts on stage, and dive into a market loaded with chances to boost their careers.

    Today’s special: we’ve whipped up a detailed ‘recap’ article about our Thailand adventure. Get ready for juicy details about the conference, honest feedback from our heads, the scoop on the Karma’s talk, and, oh yes, the highlights from that epic Phuket party ‘GODS OF FIRE’ by PIN-UP Partners!

    AW Asia 2023: booth, merch, offers, and other cool stuff

    Ever had to set up a huge booth on the 22nd floor of a business center in less than a day? We have, and let us tell you, it was totally awesome! As usual, the PIN-UP Partners booth stood out, grabbing everyone’s attention with its brightness and scale. We got heaps of compliments about how challenging it is to compete with our booth, which really pumped up our team for more ‘heroics’ at upcoming conferences! And guess what? Our efforts didn’t go unnoticed by the conference organizers — the PIN-UP Partners booth clinched the ‘Best Booth’ title for the second year in a row!


    Merch is always a story of its own. No matter how much we bring, it always runs out on the first day. This time, our guests were all over our branded hoodies and t-shirts. Makes sense, right? A t-shirt for the Thai vibe and a hoodie to stay cozy when you’re back home in the winter

    The ‘Karmic Talk’ or how the Head of PIN-UP Partners rocked the stage at AW Asia 2023

    You wouldn’t believe it if you knew it was KARMA’s first time speaking on stage, and that too in English. But guess what, she nailed it!

    The topic couldn’t have been more perfect for the crowd. KARMA’s talk was a smash hit: the audience was all ears, popping questions and eager to soak up every bit of data and insight she shared.


    Now, let’s hear it straight from KARMA about her thoughts on the conference and her big moment on stage!

    KARMA: AW Asia 2023 was just phenomenal! We got to hang out with our old friends and also welcomed a whole bunch of new partners to our circle. And let me tell you, our GODS OF FIRE Party was a game-changer for year-end events: our partners were over the moon!

    My talk was on ‘The Perfect Match: How to Choose the Right Offer for Your Traffic Source.’ Sure, it was my first experience talking on the stage in English, and I won’t lie, there were some jitters. But as it turns out, there was no need to worry. The audience was simply amazing, and their support was palpable. Having gone through this, I’m now buzzing with excitement for future talks on even more exciting topics.


    Oh, and I also did a couple of interviews on behalf of our team with our media buddies, so keep an eye out for some cool, new content featuring me

    We also had a chat with Eugene, the Head of Sales at PIN-UP Partners, to see how the sales team felt about the last big conference of 2023:

    Eugene: This year’s Affiliate World Asia, or AWA as we call it, turned out to be an epic end to the 2023 conference season. I should know — I was there last year too!

    Our stand really leveled up this year — it’s bigger, more eye-catching, and way cooler. Plus, this time around, way more of our active partners and pros in handling different traffic sources showed up. For quite a few of them, stumbling upon PIN-UP Partners was a cool surprise. We were even dishing out affiliate links on the spot at our booth to some new partners ��

    And the grand finale of this year’s events? Our Phuket party. There was something for everyone — from laid-back networking with an awesome buffet to mind-blowing shows, pumping DJ sets, and splashy pool jumps. The best way to tell you how cool it was? Let’s just say, loads of guests hung around, not wanting to leave even after the place was closing up.

    One of the most thrilling moments for our team in Thailand was the Conversion Club Awards 2023 ceremony. PIN-UP Partners were in the running for three awards and nabbed two of them:

    The hottest party of the year: The GODS OF FIRE Party by PIN-UP Partners

    We know the secret to success: it’s all about knowing when to go all out and when to kick back. Because really, how are you supposed to drive high-quality traffic and killer ads with your brain on overdrive?

    That’s why, after the Affiliate World Asia conference, we threw the most fiery party of the year GODS OF FIRE! Wondering what it was like? Here’s the scoop!

    If you weren’t at GODS OF FIRE, you haven’t truly seen Phuket! Our party turned out to be the go-to gathering for the industry’s experts. We got flooded with over four hundred requests to join, and it was a blast hanging out with everyone!

    The party was all about that authentic island vibe — think beach, endless blue seas, and an atmosphere of pure chill and pleasure.

    Magic was in the air, quite literally. The star attraction? A pro tarot reader dishing out answers to guests’ burning questions, from romance to business wins.

    And nobody walked away from GODS OF FIRE without a little something. The coconut candle-making masterclass was a huge hit, leaving everyone with a beachy, tropical keepsake to remember the night by.

    As for the eats? Oh, we had tons! Guests treated themselves to unique seafood, sushi, and a never-ending supply of Thai treats. At a PIN-UP Partners party, there’s no holding back — you get to enjoy it all!

    The name GODS OF FIRE really says it all. Fire, that strong and elusive element, was the night’s main symbol. Our show included some jaw-dropping fire master performances and torch dances.

    And after those hot dance moves to the DJ’s beats, everyone could cool off and keep the party going with a splash in the pool!

    We caught up with Lana, our Head of Events, who’s the mastermind behind every PIN-UP Partners event and knows the ins and outs of all our gatherings:


    What do PIN-UP Partners parties mean to you?

    Lana: For me and my team, PIN-UP Partners parties are always a challenge. Every time, we aim to surprise our partners more, giving them new emotions and unforgettable memories.

    We don’t just focus on making each event visually stunning; we meticulously plan every detail to ensure guests can comfortably network, gain valuable insights, and discover profitable opportunities. For those who want to unwind and enjoy the evening, there’s something for everyone. That’s why we choose the best locations, invite top-notch local and international artists, script minute-by-minute show scenarios, consider guest logistics, and offer a variety of activities.

    Share your impressions of the GODS OF FIRE Party. What was the highlight of the evening for you?

    Lana: The GODS OF FIRE party was the grand finale of the 2023 party season. We planned it just three weeks after the most intense week at SiGMA in Malta and right after two equally sizzling days at Affiliate World in Bangkok.

    Considering all the craziness, we thought it would be great to invite our partners to the island of Phuket and spend the evening at a relaxed pace, giving them a chance to unwind from the hustle and truly relax.

    Many might say that the most spectacular part of the evening was the incredible fire show on the beach, but for me, it was the incredible atmosphere we created. A spacious, comfortable location transformed into a magical place with decor and plenty of sofas right by the sea, awesome music, a pool, delicious cuisine, beautiful dancers, and of course, hookahs (which, by the way, are prohibited in Thailand). We received dozens of grateful reviews from guests — it turned out we nailed the format, and it was exactly what they needed.

    It was one of the hottest parties of the year, and we were ecstatic to meet each and every one of you! Stay tuned for more updates so you don’t miss our next events.


    Wrapping up

    As we look back on our Thai adventures, the days spent at the conference in Bangkok and the party in Phuket were truly unforgettable. The incredible atmosphere and delightful company will be etched in our memories for a long time.
