Betmaster not paid from August 2020 - January 2021

Do Betmaster pay their affiliates, miss payment commissions from August 2020 - January 2021.
I have sent Phil a lot messages, a lot empty promises

or no response

I have the same problem with Betmaster!
They didn't paid our commissions since we started to work together

Phil promising to send proof of payments but never sending it!
I'm missing 3 months payments from Dec 2020 - Feb 2021

I have checked with Phil and he have sent me confirmation that they have made payment to most of our invoice, some invoice left and he have also promised get them sorted. Hope they can get it sorted, I have nothing bad to say about Phil or the affiliate managers.

Delay in payment for more than 4 months. Payment received 19/03/2021. Player account. Claims no more.

Phil saying that they will send it to me a couple of time in the last few months... nothing came

Betmasters owes us for about 4 months 1.7k € the invoice was sent on 01.12.21 but a payment was never made. In skype the affiliate manager said there were problems, the payment would be made soon. The same story is told now for almost 4 months. Now I read Betmaster wants to give new affiliates 75% rev. share. Wouldn't it be more serious to pay the existing affiliates first? Should GPWA really advertise a company that does not pay its old affiliates? Isn't it the duty of GPWA to protect affiliates from getting stuck with companies like Betmaster that don't pay?

Hi Ocelot2, funds have been sent as I informed you in skype - please confirm here once you receive and let's continue.

We have been experiencing payment interruptions recently, but we hope to resolve this asap and resume all payouts in a timely manner. We thank affiliates for their patience and you can always reach us in skype/telegram/email.

Hi,
We haven't been paid since August 2020 as well. Phil promised to pay, never happened.
It is a big chunk over 30K, all approved legit FTD's, invoiced and recorded.
I stopped promoting them and have serious concerns about their ability to pay their affiliates.
Hopefully we will resolve it before taking legal actions.

Our affiliate manager is literally leaving us on read. Not answering us anymore. Waiting for commission generated in January 2021 to be paid. I hope you can help us with this issue...

@Sezin and @Afreomedia - all I can see her is that legal actions have to be taken.

Just take advise from lawyers, because 30 k is a big chunk as you said.

To delay payments for 8 consecutive months, just only means that the company(casino) will soon disappear without any notice.
