So far the stats have not worked for more days then not, and now the site is down period.

The site being down is a good thing.... new and/or unsuspecting affiliates will move on to a better program if they can't log in to this one.

Yeah i know your opinion of them . I am still so very hopeful and prey to GOD they resolve this issue and reverse their decision on these terms.
As i have said countless times I always loved bwin because I felt they were strong brand and they always did good by me personally. I like my affiliate manager and just want things to go back to friendly as business grows.
I still promote them and I know some people ask me why? The reason is I have trust and hope that they will stop this idiocy.
At the same I also need to be responsive to my peers and do everything in my power to support them and share how unhappy we all are about these predatory terms...
Anyways I feel like I am caught on the fence here - I just hope they do the right thing and change those awful terms soon.
I feel its a 80% chance they do! Hopeful eh?
Here is something very interesting !! Bwin should learn from GAP. Admit their mistake and get things back to normal and move on. This stalling things out is not good for anyone.

In order to apologise, first they have to realise they were wrong. I'm not sure that is the case yet.
Pretty sure I have posted this somewhere else here at GPWA. It's not that difficult to sorry and even high profile people do it when they are wrong.

One week now since the launch (does the term "launch" even qualify here..? - if NASA launches a rocket and it`s nowhere to be found a week later, that would be called differently, I assume) and still NOTHING except the amount of NPAs visible.

Yeah i have not had statistics since the 10th i believe. I do not know if anything is tracking at all to be honest. Nothing seems to work.
Its just been down for what? 4-5 days now? Hopefully it wont take much longer to get back online and do what its suppose to do.
Hopefully a bwin rep can come and help clarify what the issue is and give us an ETA but i am afraid they have not shown up to share at this point.
Note: I still officially request bewinners please stop the predatory terms. You are hurting the affiliate community severely. Please do whats right. Thank you.

Do you have an ETA on when the statistics will work? I recall a year ago Europartners had the same issue and it took a year to correct of which it is still not corrected.
Do you forecast this to work in the year 2010?

It has been at least 1 full week now! Seven days we have not had statistics listed in our accounts.
Is it safe to say the Bewinners backend is flawed? and not functional?

I have a little inside from how Bwin works. It is very big machine, the decision making process is very very slow. IMHO they don't understand what is going on here. So my recommendations remain the same. Don't put a lof of efforts in working with huge programs.
GFPC: I have talked to your Account Manager and she confirmed that you migrated successfully and also logged in successfully- so why do you say you cannot log-in? If you need advice on this, please contact your Account Manager, she is more than happy to help you.
As a poker affiliate of your size you will benefit substantially from the new program. And with a working internet connection, our program has always been available.
We apologised already several times for the statistics incidient- your data is all recorded correctly and the issue should be solved within the next days. It's a technical issue and we apologise for this unforeseen occurence.
If you want to talk in person, don't hesitate to contact your Account Managers or to send me a private mail- we are more than happy to discuss everything in detail and we have could agree with everybody that has met us on the convention, or has talked to us about his concrete case.

Mallai: I can log in yes. Maybe I was not clear. What I meant to say was I along with the 1000s affiliates that work for you - we cannot see our stats. It is off course been almost 10 days now. Would you be able to tell me who your technical team is? I am unaware of how it could take 10 days - unless your using similar technical people like Europartners - who still to this day after 1 year have not fixed. Anyways I will continue to look an see if they work.
Also Mallai can I please I have an ETA of when your team will stop the predatory terms and conditions? Just want to know the date you will revert back to the old terms

your trackers are all recorded correctly, and we are working on fixing the statistics display in the log-in area. The technical challenge is being solved and it will work 100% from then on- we want to ensure this and that's why it takes some time- we apologize for this.
