Big problem with Euro Partners (RESOLVED)

Hello,

i am sad that i must open here a thread,but it hink its the only way to get help.

We was working some years ago with Euro Partners together, then we stoped to promote them because we had only problems. I have not the time to write about all problems and whats happend.

We heard that different things at Euro Partners changed and that they have also some new account managers. We was speaking with our new Account Manager Chris and decided to start a new try to build a succesfully partnership in future. I really can say that Chris make really a good job and that the communication is also very good with him.

Like some years before we had again some problems,but it was possible to solve this. We hoped that now all will work,but we was wrong.

So i want to explain exactly whats happend actual:

One poker player came to our site and signed up. He had one old titan poker account and asked titan poker to track this account under us,because he wants to play only with us as affiliate.

Titan Poker agreed and moved him on the 29.01.2013 under us. So he started to play and we got our normal comission from our net rev share deal.

Till now this player generated arround 4.500$ rake for us. But he got a poker bonus of 14.600$. I saw this in the system and was shocked. We contacted this player to understand whats happend. And the explanation is simple. This account is as i told before not new,he played there for a long time not tracked under us. And he saved his titan poker points for the biggest cash bonus at titan poker.

Now he got enough points and changed them for 14.600$. And EP deduct us now the costs of this bonus because of our net rave share deal.

But how we can pay for a 14.600$ bonus where the player raked arround 33.000$, when we got only commison from 3.500$ rake?

I informed our account manager some days before about this case and explained exactly whats happend,and he forwared this to the management. Its very simple to check it and it needs arround 15min. They just need to take a look into the system. We had today again a talk with our Account Manager in Skype,and it seems so as the management from EP dont want to solve this so as it must be.

Actual Numbers:

Rake Player:4.438$
Bonus Player:14.636$
Netgaming: -10.376$

Its not our goal to say something bad about Euro Partners,really not. But this case is for everybody on this planet understandable and very easy and fast to solve. Its even no reason to think about this,because its 100% clear.

When we get comission of all the rake a player generated, its normal that we pay also every bonus when we have a normal net rev share deal. But we dont pay a bonus from a player where we never got commison before.

Even if we bring no new player anymore to them and stop to promote them,we have the right to get a correct payment.

I hope that this Thread on GPWA will help to solve this situation,because we are 100% right.The month is over nowand soon the new payments will send out,and of course we want that all is solved that the payment will be correct. If not we will stop the promotion and will really never start a try again. We want nothing big,only this what is our right.

We are open minded and we forgot all what was happend some years before,but then all should work normal and fair. I hope the right people will see this thread and understand that we are 100% right in this case.

We will update this Thread here when this case is solved.

Thanks Robin for the fast feedback here in the gpwa forum.

I got from ym colleauge now the information that this case is solved and all is so as it must be. I am glad that at the end all is good and that we can contonue to work together,and hopefully build a successful partnership without any problems in future.

Update

I thougt all problems with Euro Partner are solved,but i was mistaken. We got the most part of this amount back about is was writting in this thread,but we got not the correct amount. Arround 500$ less Euro Partners paid to us.

Of course i asked directly whats the reason. And now comes the best. The reason is because they changed our NET REV Share Deal without any information. How it is possible to trust someone when always some new problems,without any end. And now it is the second time that Euro Partners changed the Deal without any information and we lose money,we had something liek this arround 3 years before when we made the first try to start a good partnership with Euro Partners.

We work with more as 10 different rooms together,and we had in 5 years never ever such problems as with Euro Partners. I am sorry that i can tell nothing positive,me and our team are just tired and angry because of this never ending problems with Euro Partners.

All the time we must runing behind our money,check all stats and and and. How is it possible to bring so much more traffic? We want nothing big,just that all works correct,and so as we agreed. So as we have it with our other partners.

They should not have "moved" the account to start with.

They looked over your account again and the calculation that was given to you was correct. You should be hearing from Chris to further explain how the calculation was made and you can ask him any further questions you might have.

We talked again with Chris and solved the problem together. Let us hope it was the last problem for the future.
