big problems with payments!

Hello,

i am sad that i must open here a thread,but it think its the only way to get help.

My AM Jonathan at Europartners told me just right now after two and half weeks that I will not get paid.

I m in shock I was running after him the whole time to tell me what's going on - nothing happen he told me you will get paid and everything will be fine that he will take care of it.I trust him even I was running after him all the time.

Then he start saying trust me everything will be fine I continue sending traffic.

After all this and saying I want answers he get me yesterday answer I will not get paid .

They send me already a statement and everything.
I m working with a lot of other companys together without problems.

I want my money I brought player for this I have to get my money!

I m waiting more then two weeks its enough .

maybe here I will get faster respond

Dear Scooo,
It was brought our attention (from our R&A department) that the traffic you sent was a bit suspicious. It is our policy to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent traffic very closely, especially on CPA deals. We have come to the conclusion that the players you brought are very suspicious but have decided that we will pay the full CPA for each of the players brought up until May 27, 2013. Unfortunately with future traffic we will not be able to continue working with you on a CPA basis.
You will be contacted by your Affiliate Manager shortly.

Thanks robin for the answer.still nothing from jonathan .... the whole day I was waiting for him to get me the report or any answer do you have a private mail ?

now i get a phone call - first you told me you will pay me the whole amount now you say me you will not pay and you start talking about a other account from me we never talk about this i have everything in skype and by email.its big joke .

also they dont want to send me any report nothing to proof its not professionel at all ....i dont accepted this answer sorry i m woeking with lot of programs and dont have this problems they paying by time and get me my stuff done and never complain about fraud or something.

Hi Scooo,

There are 2 accounts which are connected to you, one under your name and one under your partners name. The account that is under your name has suspicious traffic but we have agreed to pay this out. The other account that is in your partners name has brought in players that are 100% fraud and therefore we will not pay for these players. We looked into every player that came in from this account and we found the following:

4 players had duplicate accounts.
1 player was the affiliate himself.
3 players are suspected to be the same person, all 3 accounts had almost the same exact address and each one had exactly the same password.
90% of your players deposited with an uncommon deposit method for the local market (Holland).

Therefore, we will not be paying for any players that came from this account due to the fact that they have been proven to be fraud and we do not pay anyone for fraud players under any circumstance.

If you have any further questions you can speak with you Affiliate Manager.
