Triple7 , do you know if the new casino, Casino333.be have an affiliate program ? They have 10 euros no deposit bonus and a 105% up to 525. i think it will be good to add this one in our listing ...

Nope. Casino 333 (formerly Bet 333) is of the same owners as Casino Belgium, who closed down their affiliate program. It's just another brand on the Gaming1 platform. Like we didn't had enough of that already.

Online operators are allowed to promote themselves on their own websites and by mail. It is not allowed to promote bonuses in e-mails and e-mails must be send to people that are having an account already, but not to people that are (self-)excluded. F+ operators are allowed to promote their F-activities (betting) on other websites, but they're not allowed to promote bonuses.

The big question is how enforcement will be. It will be easier to promote offshore casino brands than local licensed brands.

Somehow it would be fun if channelization drops under 50%. I hope players impacted by that (because they're scammed, addicted but still gamble, etc) will knock on the door of the National Lottery and their useful idiots (socialist politicians, gambling addict organizations, etc).

After the 1st of June operators with A+ and B+ license are not allowed to organize any advertisement online. Just on their own website or by e-mail.

Of course, some loopholes do exist, but it all depends a bit on how strict enforcement will be and how operators are in this game.

The best thing for Supergame and Blitz would be to apply for an F+ license. Ads for sports betting are allowed.

Triple7 , i think you work with Mycasinoshare for Blitz and supergame, if yes have you been paid since January ? they said they are problem, but no explanation....They have no more money to pay affiliates or what ?????? the stats seems ok ... but no payment

MyCasinoShare had data issues and like most programs, it's difficult to communicate with them too.

Now Golden Palace terminated my affiliate account because of the Royal Decree.

Yes and I'm afraid they won't honour the agreement and stop paying for old traffic too.

I will send a formal notice to them that I suppose they will keep on paying for traffic that I've sent before.

hum yes , in my opinion they will not pay anything more , look the Terms :

The term of this Agreement is indeterminate. This agreement will begin upon youracceptance to the Affiliate Program and will end when terminated by either youor Golden Palace Waterloo. At any time and without compensation, either you orwe may immediately terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, by givingthe other written notice of termination, where such notice may be served via faxor e-mail and without notice period. We reserve the right to withhold your finalpayment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. Upon thetermination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, 15and remove from your site, all Links and Licensed Materials and any other names,marks, symbols, copyrights, logos, designs, or other proprietary designations orproperties owned, developed, licensed or created by any member of the Group and/or provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant to this Agreement or in connectionwith the Affiliate Program. Following the termination of this Agreement and ourpayment to you of all commissions due at such time of termination, we shall haveno obligation to make any further payments of commissions to you.

and as in addition we must remove the links and banners and as they have a rule if no new deposit player during the past 6 months, they close your account .......so i think we are loosing all our players

I just sent an email to know what's their position now !!???!!!

I've never signed their new terms.

Of course, it's 3-0 for them, as also the old t&c are written by their lawyers.

But it's worth trying.

Bonjour,L'article 11 de l'arrêt?royal du 25/10/2018 relatif aux modalités d'exploitation des jeux de hasard et des paris en ligne limite le montant maximum des bonus offerts ?un joueur ?275 euros par mois.
La Commission des jeux de hasard planche actuellement sur la mise en oeuvre de cet arrêt?royal et l'interprétation de certaines dispositions. Certains éclaircissements devraient donc être donnés d'ici avant la fin de l'année.
La sous-commisison en charge de l'interprétation de l'AR du 25.10.2019 doit encore prendre position sur les bonus et s'ils doivent être considérés comme une forme de publicit?

bon nouvelle surprise ce matin, aprés l'arret du programme d'affiliation de goldenpalace et magicwins, c'est Luckygames qui ne veut plus payer

!!! y'en a marre de cette situation... Qu'ils prennent une décision ces foutus belges .... Même la commissions ne sait pas quoi dire !!! Je reve !!!!

Apres les modifs du site: suppression des mots bonus,%, montant bonus et autre, le site ?bien sûr chut?trés fortement, étant référenc?sur ces mots clés Bonus et variantes. Et maintenant e sont les affiliations qui ferment les portes ..

Alors que rien n'est décid?....
