    Greetings

The affiliates are paid need to create a player account, commissions are paid month end to your player account, and you withdraw from there to any method of your choosing.
I know it seems like a process, but it is only a once off registration and youre done.

Any additional queries i am here

"The affiliates are paid need to create a player account"

    Hello Kate,

you should think about to change it, because this is a prehistoric payment process from the late 90's last century with the intention, that some webmaster perhaps gamble their earnings away to make some extra cash for the program. A process, validated on a psychological basis. In this century - the times of the enlightenment - it's very difficult to convey.

A change will raise your reputation and will bring more spotlight on your advantages like no quotas and other good things.

    Leopold

Kate, I asked a question. I did not make a suggestion. I asked "How can US Affiliates create a player account if your program does not accept US Players?"

To me, this means that you are not capable of paying US affiliates.

    Hello Shay

Players from the US are able to create an account since they are still able to play the free games.
I hope this adequately resolves your queries regarding this matter.
Should you have any further queries please feel free to give me a shout

    Thanks

Have to agree Daftdog, between that and forcing payment through player accounts it is a nonstarter for me.

I can see some affiliates overlooking the player account bit (although that personally makes me uncomfortable) the cookie bit is a big drawback and if they would ever want to consider changing that my guess is it might make them more attractive to some affiliates.

    Hello Again,

As mentioned i would be reverting back with feedback from our end on the 2 topics in question,
Firstly with regards to over writing cookies, we will be changing this as per your suggestions, i am still waiting on a time frame, so please be patient but this will be taking place as a matter of urgency and placed as a top priority.

Secondly regarding the affiliate commission payments, i have to say we have never done this because we were trying to be under handed, in fact truth be told we only did it to simplify the process for both ourselves, and affiliates, since it eradicated the delay in affiliates waiting for their payments, this way affiliates get paid promptly and were able to withdraw immediately with no delay.
There have been 2 affiliates that did request wire transfer payments instead, and we said with pleasure, and they receive their payments via wire transfer transfer. So there has been no stead fast rule in this regard.
The rest of our affiliates have had no issue with this to be honest, so we didn't see the need to change it.
However since you are raising this as a concern, we will look at re evaluating this process for the new year, this too has been confirmed by the company.

Should you still have any uncertainties about us, i urge you to speak to any of our long standing affiliates that have worked with us from day one. We are very open, honest, committed, and there have never been any issues with payments, or lack thereof, we are always happy to try to accommodate affiliates with any requirements.

So as always your feedback is important to us, as without it we cannot grow and better ourselves, and build a better brand for you guys to promote. So keep it coming.

    Thanks again
    Kate
