Default Broadway Gaming stops paying rev share to affiliates!

    Just received this by email:

    Dear partner,

Due to increasing business costs it is now untenable to continue to pay Rev Share on legacy player accounts. We appreciate all of your support over the years, however the changing landscape of the industry and, in turn, the business has lead to dramatically increased costs that were not factored into when original Rev Share deals were put in place. The concerned affiliate accounts will now be closed.

This will come into effect immediately.

    Thank you for your support,
    Broadway Gaming Compliance

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest, they have always been dodgy and glad we dumped them in 2016.

Probably using that stolen rev to fund their dragonfish purchase.

What absolute rubbish. Just another lie to close affiliate accounts for the sake of stealing!!

I contacted them after the 888 B2C/B2B bingo announcement, didn't hear back, but this confirms not to work with them.

Yeah we will be dumping those 888 bingo brands when they move, never working with those thieves at Broadway again.

Didn't catch this one until I tried to log into our account. No e-mail from them notifying. They have removed their program from their player sites.

"This will come into effect immediately."...well that´s a bit, "unprofessional" way to do it to put it mildly. Luckily we haven't promoted them ever, but sure feel sorry for the ones who have.

They were about 6 months behind with payments too, doubt I'll be seeing the money they owe me!

Our account isn't closed, but all commission settings are a "Flat 0% on Total Revenue"... which is nice

When all these 888 brands move over to them they will start offering RS deals again and opening new accounts. This is just a massive excuse to clear out all the old affs on RS deals - simple theft. Nobody should work with them again but as we know there are always some that will.

Unfortunately, affiliates have to deal with this cr#p on a mostly (these days) monthly basis.

A piece of good advice for future: all custom deals should be done in paper and duly signed. You will have at least some legit documents to send them to court and fight for your rights, otherwise you are done - they can change their mind / T&Cs at any single point.

Same happed with Kindred aka Unibet and plenty of others "oversmart" business makers.
