Thumbs down Buzzluck's "Video Poker Bonus" does not allow Video Poker to be played

Buzzluck is currently offering a "50% Blackjack/ Video Poker Bonus" each Wednesday (link). After I used this bonus to play Video Poker, I won a little over €1000 this week and checked the terms to see how much I still needed to wager. I however then realized that Video Poker actually was not allowed for this bonus and that only multi-line machines could be played.

I contacted Buzzluck to inform them that I was mislead by the name of their promotion and asked how they want to deal with it.

Unfortunately they decided to cancel my winnings which was indeed backed up by their terms but unfair and misleading for any customer. Why do they name this a "Video Poker Bonus" if this game can not be played at all??
Buzzluck ruined my good faith in their honesty and I immediately withdrew my deposit again after this. To be fair, I was paid a bigger amount by them a few weeks ago however.

I am now curious if anyone knows of any other players who also got their Video Poker winnings deducted after playing this VP bonus?

Yep I tend to agree with this one....the bonus should be labeled more clearly....

I think most players taking advantage of that bonus wishing to use it to play video poker would assume that it was good on video poker....

Now had it been labeled as "Multi Line Vide Poker" it would be different....

How about the Blackjack? Is that only a specific game of blackjack or ??

Well, all BJ games are apparently allowed. They however also did not bother to change the name of the promotion still.

This is very dishonest and unprofessional business practice, in my opinion.
