    Default Bwin & Bwinpartypartners - never respond to emails

    I am ashamed to be asking this question, because it shows I do grudgingly 'promote' the awful bwin / bwinpartypartners (only because the listing page I have for bwin is so old and gets some generic coverage in search engines and so is not worth removing - i would not touch them if it were 'from new'), but does anyone have a personal contact email for an affiliate manager at Bwin or bwinpartypartners?

    I don't actually have an affiliate manager allocated (that I know of) either from bwin or bwinpartypartners. I have sent numerous emails to both bwin & bwinpartypartners.com (my bwin account has just been merged with the bwinpartypartners.com software) using their advertised email addresses ("affiliates@" etc) but nobody from these useless affiliate programs ever replies.

    Be most grateful for a direct contact at one of these operators. Feel free to PM me. Thanks in advance.

    I think I will have to change my listings not to recommend bwin or party gaming. The latest migration of software of bwin to bwinpartners platform seems flawed. I cant access the cashier on one of the two accounts they have left me with. Have the clients even been migrated because they weren't there when I last checked, yet it said they had been. They did eventually respond to one email after an unacceptable delay but then completely ignored the follow up. Add to that their rip-off affiliate t&cs and it seems the bwin leopard is determined to never change its hideous spots. They must despise affiliates, so may be better off closing the affiliate program forever than continuing to 'manage' it so disgracefully.

    do not get responses either. Tracking is definatly ****** up since the merge. I was told old marketing material will continue to work but all of a sudden no clicks anymore.
    My former affiliate Manager Goran Milosevic is not reachable anymore nobody is. No goodbye, nothing?
    The ship is sinking better get off.

    I can confirm, too. I sent them more than 30 email in the last months but no answer. They treat us like garbage.

    I have big problems with bwin.pary too.

    After moving to the new system statistic is not working and in that moving process they merged my two accounts (one from bewinners and other from partypartners) but they did it wrong and from that date my affiliate statistic is bad, also they deleted all my old 5% commission users because they don't have that plan on new platform!?!?

    My account manager shifting the blame on technical staff but I don't have nothing from that.

    Month before this they canceled competition sponsorship despite good statistics and results.

    I agree that this ship is sinking.

    those 5%ters were supposed to be my retirement. 10 years of hard work, tenthousends of players and this is the end? BTW Goran send a mail that he is leaving bwin but no answer to the mails, just standard massmail
    Can GPWA not get an official statement on what is going on? Please?
