Bwinparty Payments

Hi, i earned in december some money with bewinners and than they started the new project with partypartners. But i still have not received any payment from bewinners. Anybody else,that has not received the payment? i wrote much emails...never a respond

I have the same problem with the payment to 16 December in bewinners (euro543), from December 17 I'm in bwinpartypartners, but this time I did not have a commission.

I have the same problem and not only this!

I tried to contact them to ask what happened and i didn't get even an answer for this problem.

Second, i have put the new promotion material from the bwinparty account but i see only the impressions. I don't see the clicks and the new sign-ups. So what i have to do is to remove all promotion materials for bwin since i don't want to bring them new customers and they won't be recognized as my new customers.

Want to say that i didn't saw such a bad service for an affiliate program. I can't suggest this affiliate programm to anyone.

I can top that even: Until Dec 16, I had a very nice commission standing at bewinners, then AFTER Dec 16 (but still over at bewinners) there were weird negative days. Weird meaning, that there are a few days with THE EXACT negative revenue number for example on Dec 19, dec 21, Dec 22 and so on. All in all, these negative days (at a program, were there was supposed to be no revenue whatsoever anymore, positive or negative !!!) dropped my considerable commission down to 40-something €...

Twice in 2 years, it is unbelievable...

It is same for everyone, the new bwinparty software is utter crap.

About the pending payments from bewinners, at least they published this message:

Dear affiliate partner!
Due to unforeseen technical issues, you cannot withdraw your December earnings for bwin.com at bewinners at the moment. This is due to the fact that the report data is currently being displayed incorrectly.
We would like to assure that your data has been recorded and tracked correctly and that you will receive your correct payments for the period 01.12. to 16.12.2012 as soon as possible.
Your earnings and your report tracking as of 17.12.2012 are retrievable via the new affiliate program bwin.party partners.
We thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience that might have been caused by this incident.
We are working hard to fix this issue as quickly as we can.
Please contact your Account Manager if you have any further questions.
Your bewinners team

I am interested in what you all write about Bwin. I am not due any commission, just trying to close my account. But have been trying for 2 months. To refuse to pay money that is due is a fraud. That sounds like common practice for Bwin. My bet with them was placed at their booth at Liverpool FC. I am writing to them to tell them what sort of organisation they are giving space to.

Can you log in to old account on bewinners ?

On bewinners I had open funds (earnings) from previous months (September, October, November). I have not yet paid out those earnings.

How I can withdraw now those earnings ?

I was already waiting for someone that will start this forum about Bwin affiliates , because ME too have the same problem what you guys named up on this forum.

I am member from bwin affiliate since 2008, and yes you defitnitly right , this happend for me now for the second time.. First from Original Bwin affiliate --> Bewinners -----> Bwin party partners. I also have send them a lot of emails about the payment and to create a Cashier account for me. But still no response.

It is really sad that it must happend this way, I understand if the migration and that kind of stuff will takes time.. But really honestly we are waiting now for almost 3 months.. if they let us wait 1 month more then we are almost waiting a Quarter Jear and we still dont know any update about our payments. I also see my revenue strange changing..

I really honestly also dont like the way they put USD/EUR on the new Bwin party partners because the exchange beween dollar and EUR or Pound is very different from eachother..

I have really no clue what i must do, because its really hopeless because they dont react back.
Its like they let all the affiliate stuck in this.

I have no words to say about Bwin, i still must receive a lot of money.

Just got a message from bewinners that my December money are finally in the wallet and I can order a payout, done right away. Never had any problems with the login.

We lost in our account a lot of active existing users due to the migration and all the comission deals are reset to default.
Do you also have this experience ? What to do now ? our accountmanager doesn't response anymore. Do you know a leader of the accountmanagers to contact for the problems ?

No clue about that, I see action and commissions in my new bwinparty account but where they come from and in what proportions (migrated - if there are some migrated at all or new registered users because I already referred some through bwinparty) it is absolutely unclear. I truly hate that partypartners platform now adopted in bwinparty (even bewinners with all flaws was way better), you can't get any idea what is happening, even if they report anything at all it is a complete mess...

Have the same Problem.
1. Cannot cashout from bewinner`s, revenues from August and November - even got some from December.
2. When pushing "cashier" at new bwinpartypartner I get directed to partycashier there I am supposed to Login, but my partypartners log in is not working and I see no option to register
3. neither answers to emails, messages on any of the sites nor from my account Manager - nobody answers the phone
I have quite big revenues with them and I am really worried about what is going on. A short message to be patiened would be sufficient but nothing?
Cant GPWA get in touch and let us now what is going on?

You MUST use a different email address for the cashier and your affiliate username/password will not work.

sorry I don´t understand your hint. The sentence doesn´t make sense.
I see no chance on the site to register at partycashier so also no chance to change Emailadress...
What is the idea behind the cashier? Why you have to log in again? How is the Partners account connected to the cashier account?
