Can no longer log on to BCP

I have not received payments for March, April or May. And now I can't log on to even check what my players are currently generating either. And they haven't gotten an affiliate manager in about a year now.

Is this program shutting down US affiliates or going out of business altogether?

We're experiencing the same problem, to top it all BCP didn't even notify us that you won't be able to login anymore to check your stats. Just another affiliate program I'm afraid that screwed affiliates over. We haven't earned much with them, however I'd be surprised if we get paid by them. Best is just to write it off and move on which seems to be the norm with some affiliate programs nowadays.

Don't take this personally cass - it's not an attack on you - but these kind of responses are starting to really annoy me now. It's becoming a stock response every time that an affiliate program closes down and runs off with our money: "Oh well, we'll write off another few grand and move on to 'a more trusted' program.

Best Casino Partners were a trusted program. They were highly regarded by a large number of affiliates and were promoted in prime positions on a number of large sites ... and it's still starting to look they've f***** us over.

I guess I'm just hugely frustrated. Not just at the way that the operational side of things have changed over the last 3 or 4 months, but also the way that affiliates have responded. We've almost accepted now that this is going to happen ... and simply moving on to more 'trusted programs' isn't going to solve that problem, as there's nothing to stop those programs from taking all your players too and then just disappearing into the background as you shake your head and write off another few grand.

We've had a hugely trusted and respected network close down without even a nod of recognition to the industry. From what I gather, affiliates haven't been paid for the last three months (some of them owed tens of thousands of dollars). Promises to pay affiliates quarterly seem to have been nothing but an empty dream and this forum has only had five posts and six responses about it.

I guess I'm just wondering after everything that has happened over the last five months, what's it going to take for the affiliate industry to stand up for itself? At the moment this kind of passive acceptance is just a hugely slippery slope which just can't continue in its current state.

This has probably come across as a rant, and while I'm frustrated, I didn't mean it to. I'm just genuinely intrigued by the question above. How bad does it need to get before the affiliate side of our industry comes together?

I completely agree with your assement but what can be done that has not previously been done.

If memory serves me correctly are the people at BCP not connected with the folk at Golden Palace . I might be wrong on that count but i think i distinctly remember GP opening up on Vegas Technology when the US was removed from Playtechs markets.

I am sure that someone can confirm this.

I'm not taking it personally to say the least and I know it's very frustrating since we've also taken a knock with BCP. The way I see it even if we form a collective voice against programs that screw affiliates over as in the case with BCP it will take ages before any headway is made. They conjure up all kinds of excuses to justify their diabolical acts, the majority of affiliates simply don't have the financial resources to take rogue programs to court in an effort to try and redeem commission owed. I've been in the casino industry on and off for the better part of 7 years I've experienced its highs and its lows believe me if a program wants to screw you over they will.

I speak from my own experience I firmly believe what goes around comes around. I just feel sorry for the affiliates that are owed thousands of dollars by BCP. The online casino industry is so messed up at the moment to be honest its never been worse. I'd rather concentrate on the programs that are working for us at the moment instead of chasing a rogue program that owes us money. We simply don't have the time nor the patience to chase a couple of dollars just to be told we'll be paid in increments, I've had enough of this BS already. As in our case we chin up and move on, it's a volatile industry adapt or die.

Unfortunately the BCP was forced to close and all brandnames right now not accept USA players, they also removed the footer link of affiliate program of all websites.

I received today my final payment of BCP, only $15.000. I had to receive more than $50.000 of two months April and May.

It is better $15K than nothing.
