    Default Casino Coins Not Paying

    For the first time in the 5-6 years I've been in this industry I am starting to get very discouraged. We have never had a problem with Casino Coins before, but like Lion Slots and Lucky 18, I can't get in touch with anyone over there (been trying for almost two months), and we haven't been paid in over two months. Again, can someone help me get in touch with them or get paid. Thanks.

    Hi AndreS,

    Can you please PM me with your Casino Coins login?
    If you were on check, there was a delay in September and checks were sent out via registered mail. Your check could very well still be in transit. (sad but true). Otherwise, if your payment details are up to date and you meet the minimum for payout, there is no reason you would not have received commissions.


    What contact methods have you used so far?
    Those who have PM-ed me here usually get a prompt response.

    I would wait and see what you get back from all your posts in the unethical behaviour section. Seems like you rattled a few cages already. I cant vouch for Lucky 18, but I am sure Coins and Lion will sort you out.

    As for being dicouraged, I am suprised it has taken 5-6 years. Every other week something comes up, but we just do what we can to sort it out.

    Hi Sabrina... It appears you have just sent me an email, so we will discuss this through the email. Thank you for getting back to me. Let me be sure to point out to anyone reading this, I have NEVER had a problem with Casino Coins before, and this post got immediate attention, and Sabrina has always been very responsive and helpful in the past, so I think I can safely say I still have no problems with Casino Coins.

    As for the other two (Lion Slots and Lucky 1, I am sorry to 'rattle of a few cages', but coming to the forum has always been my very very last resort. I am very patient with these programs, but there is a point when patience wears off. I still have not heard from Lion Slots.

    I think you did the right thing coming to the forums, its a good way for webmasters to get through sometimes. I normally post in the programs thread first though, if they have one.

    I hope you recoup as much money as possible that is owed to you.

    Now seeing the benefit of having an online casino? More cheaper and less worries on stuffs like this.
