Default Chili Poker "Share The Chili" CLOSED MY ACCOUNT NOT PAYING ME

SHARE THE Chili has closed my affiliate account, and confiscated all earnings for january and future earnings.

I have around 30+ active customers that ive gotten within 2 months. They owe me a fair amount high 4 figures.

They have said i was offering rakeback but not once have i ever done such a thing.

What's my recourse what can i do? Can i contact the network directly ipoker and say chilipoker and the affilaite program are working unethically.... I'am already preparing a letter to send out in a newsletter to try and get my players to stop playing there.

I've been burned promoting adult live cam affiliate sites before.

    any suggestions would be great.

    Default Re. Closure of Account

As has been discussed, this matter is a case of disregarding clear ipoker policy. On at least three seperate occasions players have contacted both myself, customer support and you were also warned personally by the French Country Executive.

To have ownership of an Affiliate Account, it is your responsibility to monitor any offers made with your tracking links or bonus code. You state that you never gave access of your account to anybody, however you do admit that you let your players recruit for you. In this case it was also your responsibility to ensure they were not offering Rakeback.

It is very clear from over twenty emails from one player, detailing a series of correpondance discussing a rakeback deal and repeatedly using your bonus code as a reference, that your account was used to offer Rakeback to players. When you were first warned of this you could easily have taken precautions to ensure that is did not happen again, however two more incidents since then indicate that you did not take any action at all. This also implies that you would continue to offer rakeback via public forums, breaking strict ipoker policy.

I have forwarded you all the conversations from the forums, including areas where your bonus code was used. This was even initially offered to one of our Country Executives.

In the case that you did not directly offer the rakeback yourself, it is very clear that you did nothing to stop your players offering rakeback on your behalf.

Neither have you offered any reasonable explanation for why somebody would offer rakeback using your bonus code.
This matter is considered closed and as per ipoker policy you will no longer be permitted to advertise with Chilipoker.

was warned ONCE and only once by you. (with the email entitled ipoker regulations) As soon as i have recevied this email, i've urged the 3 people i have refering people to stop, as well as i emailed the email address that you forwarded to me to see if i can find out why that deal was being offered period. Who is the French Country Executive since i offered them rakeback so you are saying what's their name.

You state that you never gave access of your account to anybody, however you do admit that you let your players recruit for you. When you were first warned of this you could easily have taken precautions to ensure that is did not happen again, (I've done what i can to notify the refereers what else can i do?)

however two more incidents since then indicate that you did not take any action at all. This also implies that you would continue to offer rakeback via public forums, breaking strict ipoker policy.

I have forwarded you all the conversations from the forums, including areas where your bonus code was used. This was even initially offered to one of our Country Executives. (the only email you ever sent me was with the forwarded emails of the one player (20 emails or so like u mentioned above) and the screenshot as i did not work on the first attempt. Must you continue to lie?

In the case that you did not directly offer the rakeback yourself, it is very clear that you did nothing to stop your players offering rakeback on your behalf.

Neither have you offered any reasonable explanation for why somebody would offer rakeback using your bonus code. ( i have explained the whle situation to christine in an email that i was giving referes 20% of the net revenue for all people that they had brought. )

Christopher if you would return my msn messages or emails you would of known you would

P.S i also like the fact that when you call chili support phone centre its not even the correct number its for a totally different company all together.

Dude, just calm down and put this down to a learning experience.

In your post above you actually agree that you were warned. This should have been enough. These guys arent charities, and neither should they have to hand hold you.

From your own admittance you broke the rules and gave the Chili guys enough reason to close your account.

So just learn from it, and be better next time.

The following is my opinion, and one that is NOT shared by all....

This is just one example of why affiliates should NEVER be involved in paying or paying-back any incentives to players.

Even though nbaprocap was not directly involved in the actual paments to the players recieving the rakeback, he created a scenario where it could take place and was making payments to the referred player who was facilitating the additional payments.

what are your thoughts of the company not paying the owed commission shouldn't they at least be paying what's owed?
