Hello GPWA ,

Euro Partners is listed as Predatory Affiliate program at Affiiateguarddog , but in this forum there are still Platinum sponsor .... ????

Why ?

If i read here some threads i can imagine why they are listed as predatory and crooks .

I actually rate Euro Partners and not because they spend money with us (which is not massive) but because I think the people there that I have met at events and in their office are good, honest, professional and passionate people and more importantly from speaking to a number of the biggest affiliates in the business the majority highly rate EP so they can't be all that bad otherwise these big guys would dump them

Interested also to know why they are considered predatory

I would choose CrookPartners.com - i think seo wise you could rank it faster.

They are forced to keep the big affiliates happy, otherwise these affiliates would kick their asses as well. It seems they like to shaft the smaller affiliates. I had just started to promote them and had a few players that were depositing regularly, when they changed over to their new affiliate software. All those players suddenly stopped playing. When I queried my stats I was told that my players are no longer depositing, lol. This didn't just happen to me but to many other affiliates as well. So yes, they are a bunch of f-ing crooks.

All you have to do is read AGD, GPWA, CAP and various forums where their threads are located and back track over the years. Just do a historical overview and read some of things and reasons for what has transpired. Besides Predatory terms (although they were not retroactive) they have a long long history and i mean long of withholding payments and not paying affiliates for many different reasons. I myself always worked out solutions with them but in some cases it took me continually being on them for a year to get payments resolved.

About the best person there ever was Marc - who I must admit tried his best with a failure of a company. He was in all fairness trying to help the program but there is so much history there of bad severe issues its hard to ignore.

I know they are at all the conferences, and throw out big dollars, and parties - that is all cool... but bottom line is - they are not a program that any affiliate should trust with 100% certainty IMO. You must be careful with them.

I know allot of affiliates who are on prepaid deals - which i would advise many to do with them if you fear not getting paid, and you want to work with them specifically. Some have good relationships and many don't.

Read comments from trusted long time members - such as Rick here who is one of the most trusted people ever in this industry! I would encourage if you cant take my word for it - at least listen to Andy at AGD - Universal (Rick) here. There is a reason these good fellows show discontent towards Europartners.

Their stats alone are always in trouble - payments late, non payment issues ect ect.

This is on top of their predatory affiliate program practices you see over at AGD.

Just spend some time and read everything and then make an educated decision. I know its hard to see it sometimes, and i am sure the staff are nice people to BOOZE with and drink and party and pat each other on the back..

But business and ethics wise you really should take the time to learn the truth

GFPC - I don't rate them because they sponsor parties which they never have with us or because I go out for beers with them which I haven't, or because they spend bundles of money with us which they unfortunately don't (not even a top 20 client) as explained I based it on my experiences with doing business with them and from chatting with other affiliates at our event.....I am more than happy to have an open mind and will look through all the various posts/threads etc. you mentioned and use this to expand my thoughts on EP

Oyropa - Not sure if your questions is rhetorical as I can't answer that - Why not message Anthony about the thread and the non response and he can action this?

I would like to say on a side note if someone has an alternative opinion which is based on their own research/experience there is no point just saying they are 100% wrong or assume how they ascertained that view otherwise all you will have around you is lots of yes men as know one will pipe up with opposing views or contributions for fear of being told they are wrong or putting their head above the parapet thus giving you a warped view.....For example I know from the awards back end, relationships I have with other affiliates etc. the views in this thread are not unanimous across the industry so I am not 100% wrong, but there is evidently some bad experience and some negative thoughts around them too which also need to be aired and discussed to form a correct opinion on the program so an affiliate reading this thread can make an informed opinion of whether they should promote them

Yeah for sure if you the time and its not to much trouble just view the 100s of posts over the years. I agree there are of course affiliates who like working with them and probably do really well. I once loved working with them back in 2006/2007 (maybe it was 2007 i started) - but after a couple of years i learned after being transferred to a number of new AMs, I learned how sick they were morally as a company.

Just my opinion though - so take it for what it is. I tend to be vocal while others prefer to be more silent. I respect that. The other point is some people really do not want to burn bridges with them (i know of a handful fear losing their earnings ongoing by being vocal). Me - i could care less about burning bridges with them. They do nothing good for the industry as a whole. I guess many feel the same about me so its a tit for tat i guess.

I wasn’t sure I should even respond to this thread, but I felt that it was necessary . I am not familiar with your full history with EP. From what I understood you did work closely with the program in the past and I know that you did generate traffic and all payments were made.

As for the stats system, yes when we did switch systems over 2 and a half years ago there were minor bugs. We have fixed these bugs and all is in working order. Every program encounters glitches and for the most part it has been running very smoothly and at no point has data been lost or has an affiliate not been paid for their traffic. I am aware that occasionally payment issues have been brought up in the forum and most of the affiliates know that I and our Head of Affiliates take payment issues very seriously and we resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Now for AGD and predatory program. His rating system is his own and we are listed there because we do have negative carryover and we are not alone, there are many other Affiliate programs who have the same Terms and Conditions when it comes to negative carry over. In the past if an affiliate has found themselves in this situation we do try to work with them and come up with a resolution that will work for both parties.

As for Oyropa, as I have told you many times, please speak with your affiliate manager about these issues. She has attempted to contact you several times and you do not respond. She will be able to provide you the answers you need a lot faster if you deal directly with her.

Minor bugs, lol. It took your IT gnomes months to just sort the most serious problems out. If you care to check the many, many posts here at GPWA it is blatantly obvious that these were not minor bugs.

Thanks Robin for commenting - despite my core beliefs about Europartners unethical business practices with affiliates, I still respect your professionalism and how you handle yourself.
