yes, this is the point.
Imagine you get a big player in a specific month and that player loses 20K and makes you 6K comission. If the player asks to close his account, you will not be paid your 6k, but EP will get their 20k profit anyway. This is simply nor fair, or as you said, we should give it a more accurate name. And I am sure they will never credit your account again if you don't notice this "bug". This is the proof:

I have to clarify my point here: I have nothing personal against anyone in EP, and I even think Pablo (my AM) is very nice and professional and he replies very fast when I call him. This is not his fault.
As you can see, I'm only starting with EP and I can send good traffic if I put them a few positions above, but for now I have to keep them in the bottom part of the table. I think this is a serious problem with the stats and somehow they have to fix it. I don't think it's acceptable. Ok, it's "only" 230 dollars, but, if it was in the middle of a big account I would never have noticed and they would never have paid me..

So, I want to thank Pablo and Robin and I still believe I can send more traffic to them, but first I need to be sure I'm not going to have the same problem in the future.
