Exclamation EuroPartners stop paying for Redluck, Bellini and Bingo players

Hi. Today my affiliate manager told me on skype to replace Redluck Casino.

My primary traffic from russia and Redluck is very popular and good converting brand on this market.

When I asked her why I should replace Redluck - she told me that Europartners no longer work with that brands - Redluck, Bellini and Bingo.

I asked about players. And received a shocking reply: Since 1st august EuroPartners will no longer pay any commissions for Redluck Bellinin and Bingo players which ANY affiliate refered in the past!

    WTF?????

No Announcements No email warnings! They even do not remove Redluck from marketing section - all referlinks still works and leads to Redluck. They do not replace Redluck in there system with any other landing domain.

    Maybe this is a mistake?

So just to clarify - you're saying that Europartners told you that they are cutting affiliates off from bingo players referred to any of their brands?

Can a Europartners rep please speak to the above issue and offer clear guidance on this?

Yes. Thats right. That is what my manager told me on skype this mornng.

But a few hours later, she told that commissions for already referred players for Redluck will be payng.
So, my old players (till 1st August) were not cut off.

As abount Bingo - she had no a clear answer and just confirm that Euro Partners do not work with Bingo brands any more
and do not track any new bingo players since 1st August.

As about old Bingo players, before 1st August my manager has no clear answer. She is waiting for response from some dept.

Im really appreciate any reply from EP representatives here.

Europartners are changing their business model deeply. they cut drastically on their staff and might be closing down as you know it.

Now they had already stated on August 16, 2016 here at the GPWA that Casino Bellini, Iron Poker and Iron Bet were gone, but of course they did NOT notify affiliates of the others.

And of course, we are now expected to think they made this decision yesterday correct?
I am sure they did this WITHOUT careful planning, WITHOUT study and investigation, and made an immediate decision to do this.

I mean an HONORABLE program would have notified affiliates IMMEDIATELY of changes like this, especially after most of their affiliates have just spent the last damn month changing all their links.

Hmm, I did in fact bold a few words....WITHOUT HONORABLE

If Titanbet Bingo goes away, this would be the third time they have opened up and shut down. I'm very interested in hearing from an affiliate manager on this.

    Hi All,

EP has undergone a few changes recently but our commitment to our affiliates hasn't changed.

Please note that even though we are no longer marketing the brands in question, affiliates will continue to receive their commissions.

Your affiliate manager will be happy to provide you with further details.

    Best Regards,
    Euro Partners Team

#1 Why didn't you mention dropping these ADDITIONAL properties on the 16th? Have you just made the decision to close them (with no planning) after telling everyone for the last few weeks they should put up new links for them?

#1A If there was a lot of planning that went into the decision, why didn't you warn affiliates in advance BEFORE the put a lot of time and effort into changing links for them which you just weeks ago stated had to be done?

#2 And since it has been stated that there does not seem to be a clear answer on whether bingo will be gone completely, can you please list all properties that are to be removed and which properties can still be promoted?

#3 Also, please answer the question, will the properties actually be closed completely, or are you just removing the ability of affiliates to promote them.

#3A Also could you please post the actual closing dates of each property since many affiliates here will want to fully disclose the last play and withdraw dates to their players, as that would be the honorable thing to do.

Please do not state this is something that needs to be handled in email as this should be made public to all affiliates, and I think most of my fellow affiliates would not mind if I go ahead and provide you with the super secret handshake on their behalf in order to disclose such things that should be public.

It seems they are accepting German players again at Europa Casino. About a year ago (correct me if I'm wrong) they said that German players can only play at Europaplay. Today I checked out the sign up form and Germany is available from the country dropdown menu.

I was just referring to what Shay wrote about closing and opening of Titanbet Bingo. Might be the same with Europa Casino for German players. I don't know how they handled the player transfer from Europa Casino to Europaplay (if affiliates kept players that got transfered to Europaplay).

Anyway ... would be good if one of the Europartners reps could answer all the questions that Universal4 posted.
