EuroPartners/TitanPartners.es - refuse to pay.

At this month i don't receive money from TitanPartners.es (this is EuroPartners subsidiary affiliate program for TitanBet Spanish version, with the same aff.managers). For my request i receive answer from affiliate manager Patricia Ferreras:

Hi again,
In the case you have not received any statement it means then that you did not send any traffic according to our deal in the month of December.
If you think otherwise, please send me the information and I will consult with Uriel as we has the information of the previous months.

But our deal is: 35% Negative RevShare without any requrements about new RFD-players. On my traffic playtech brand have very low conversation, so, then i concluded deal i say to EP/TP affiliate manager Uriel Saed: "I put your brands on my site, but without any requrement about new Real First deposit players"). He replay: "Ok".

I sent all this information to affiliate manager Patricia Ferreras, and receive new reason.
Now they don't want to pay, becouse my balance is "0" (???).

Here is my TP stats. I don't understand, why they think that my balance is "0"?

Well my aff manager from Euro is giving me the threat on new players as well.. And I explained to them countless times I wonjt promote a negative carry brand heavily

My EP account has been deep in the negative $xx,xxx since March 2014 and last month my commission was reduced to 12.5% because it's been a while since I sent them any new players. Not much incentive for me to promote them at this stage.

I assumed it was an oversight also Moonlight, I had notified EP of this thread.

Sorry to that sweetbet, that is the problem with quotas, most programs don't understand how much quotas hurt both affiliates and the operators...

Now that the incentive is NOT there, I am sure your traffic will just get directed elsewhere, so the operator loses....so the quota has the OPPOSITE effect of what they think it does.

That's exactly right. I did in fact direct the traffic to other sponsors, and have made some nice returns doing so.

An important official statement from Europartners for old (minimum active?) webmasters about the 12.5 % rule that should not fall into oblivion:

Personally I would say that after a 5-7 months period, still negative in total and with big cashouts by the winners it would be worth considering to stop sending traffic if there is obviously no chance to see the daylight again, if simple math tells you that it's time to go to bed.

The cashouts are the key. If there are no big cashouts then there is still a good chance, even after months.

God or whatever you believe in gave us the strength to endure.
We never know if it is crowned with success but it's still worth a try.

That's interesting, because I joined their affiliate program in 2002, and they still changed my rev share commission to 12.5% even though they claim that these commission changes in no way affect any affiliates who have signed up before July 1, 2011. Yeah Right !!

My opinion is and was that "activity" should not be equated with "new players". You as a webmaster can have the same swings with sign-ups as a player who continiously is playing Red at roulette. If you are selling ice cream, the product must taste well. If not, you can say to potential customers what you want, especially if customer is allowed to take a sample. And again: Even if the ice cream is good, you can have the same swings as a seller. The swings are smaller but they still exist. As long as you are sending (any) traffic, there can't be anything wrong with the business relationship.

The webmaster can send the traffic. No doubt, good and bad traffic exist, but in the final the brand and live support are the most important things. So from my view a webmaster can't be punished if he is sending traffic. Even if he is sending a wild hord of freeloaders. It's still traffic. The casino is the one to make a first real money deposit tasty, because the road from sign-up to deposit is long and difficult.

In your case, perhaps the problem is "I did in fact direct [all?] the traffic to other sponsors" but - if so - after reading between the lines also for this situation there is obviously a solution -again an official statement like the first one I posted here in this thread yesterday:

Interesting as I as well signed up in 2004 but am being told I need new depositors this month or Ill be dropped, and my aff manager said there is nothing he can do as its in the T&C.....

On the contrary: This impression is pure nonsense and based on superficial reading.

If my information is correct, Europartners never refused any payment that is based on revenue share.
A grand total of zero times.

Our family have been supervised by Uriel a few times.
There is no affiliate manager I worked with in this industry who is faster.
Uriel Saied is a perfect example for lightning fast action.
Response time for emails in the majority of all cases 2 - 9 minutes!
Not hours!
Minutes!
If he is on his place.

Uriel Saied never put the phone down.
He never refused to answer the phone.
Never refused to help us.

It's easy to read in forums and make hasty judgments ... from the realm of anonymity.
Superficial reading is a contagious virus.

Nothing good can come of it.

My official point of view: I attacked EuroPartners/TitanPartners.es when they rejected me two times to pay (I have all emails). And if they try to do this again - i will attack it again. Thats all.

After this thread they paid me all, that they owned me. And i thinked, that conflict was completed. But as i see, Leopold and you - Syndicate, try to up this thread again. This is the reason, why i think, that somebody from Playtech/Xwise asked you to do this.
