Of course you're going to get great advice here because we are all Trade mark lawyers and have been working in that field for years

If you want to know your rights, rather than getting advice from the well meaning people on this forum, go see a trade mark lawyer and get some proper legal advice. Then you can weigh up your options.

This might help explain why the OP was experiencing issues with Evolution.

You can't just go round stealing company trade names and then complaining when the company you are passing off as catches up with you. You have become just an irritation to them - you registered an 'evolution' name related to their market long after they had made a name for themselves. If you had done it BEFORE, then you would be completely in the clear. I don't think you have a leg to stand on legally or ethically. Amazed you have got so much support in this thread - how would all your supporters like it if you registered and built affiliate sites on websites using their domain names. They'd be singing a different song then. In business you will make more money acting ethically.
i agree with the above. If they had the trademark prior to you registering the domain name, and assuming the trademark is valid in the countries you operate, then you basically have violated their rights from the beginning.

the only time you would have a chance if you would have used this domain for anything other than casino related stuff. this because a trademark is registered for a certain branche/category, so theoretically if you sold flowers on the website it would not always have to be a violation.

That being said, i fully understand that this causes frustration on your side. Perhaps you weren't aware of any trademark violations and things like that... still, in the end you probably just have to swallow it in case they are willing to fight for their rights...

perhaps the best way is to come to some kind of agreement which lets you keep the domain...because you dont want do fight with a giant... money wise and time wise... it will cause huge stress and headaches...

    good luck.

Looks like the OP has lost his domain. It's now owned by Evolution!

Hope he managed to setup an alternate site.
