Fair business as usual
Dear Affiliates
As you are probably aware, the US-facing poker sites of PokerStars, FullTiltPoker and UB/AB have been blocked by the United States Department of Justice. PokerStars and FullTilt have stopped accepting US players and there are widespread reports that players have been experiencing difficulty withdrawing funds.<O</O
The developments in the US will not have any impact on bwinPoker or any other bewinners brand, because we exited from the US market after the law changed in 2006.
A clear consequence of the action by the US authorities is that poker players who are concerned about their accounts with PokerStars and FullTilt will now look for secure alternatives.
We remain committed to building our business with you and look forward to expanding overall volumes.

Your bewinners Team

You should look at making your affiliate programme non-predatory first before you try and get affiliates in light of the US situation.
Long term, this is what will define your programme and it's success.

Being as my account was cancelled by bewinners and their affiliate terms are marked as predatory i think its a cheek that any forum space is given to help them here. I'd rather take my chances with the DOJ than with belosers rogue affiliate program.
