First I thought, it's the program of Seven of Nine.
O.k., the negative carryover thing is important [Earnings].
If the 50% do not depend on the amount of new players, then the NCO is o.k. in my opinion.
Otherwise everyone should ask for a 49% fix deal.

As I wrote it yesterday in another thread: The sheer existence of a program or a sponsorship is not enough.
You must still work hard for the money.
And with intellect.
Losing Josy is really not a good start.

A professional company should not blame directly or indirectly their possibly future business partners in advance with something, which is a communication failure of the company itself and not the fault of the person.

If she wants communication not with Skype but with email, then it's the obligation duty of the company to ensure, that this is possible. An email is still official and serious. Skype is an also a communication channel, but as she explained useless in some cases and in general without any legal binding on the contrary to email.
