    Hi David,

I've been perusing the T&C/Rules for Cuba Club.

    Got a few questions:

Is there a maximum withdrawal per week/month for players?

Jackpots are they paid in full or instalments?

    (ambiguous bonus terms)
Bonus state that slots can be played but exclude progressive jackpots. Thing is the decent bonus slots all have progressive jackpots, so does this mean that a player who accepts a bonus can not play the Bonus Slots?

That's about all that come to mind now...I still haven't gone over the affiliate rules; T&C's; contract. I'm sure if I find anything I'll be back to ask more questions.

    Cheers

    Dave

Hello Dave, as stated in the casino banking page, the maximum withdrawal per week is four thousand Dollars $4000. Jackpots are pay with the same conditions: Maximum $4000 per week. Regarding your question about the exclusion of progressive jackpots from bonus offers, I want to clarify that the only bonus that exclude the progressive jackpots is the 10 free No deposit offer as you can also check in out promotions page. Cheers David

With all due respect this is supposed to be a Casino, not a white elephant stall. Though (and please correct me if I'm wrong) I'm sure LuckClickClub or your other casino Cuba Club doesn't apply a limit to player deposits?

Hence these casino's are really only marketable to low rollers. Unless you don't mind players bad mouthing your portal.

    https://www.cubaclubcasino.com/rules.html

"Unless otherwise specified, any free money given, that does not require a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, comps, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus given e.g. $50 given max cash out = $250. Excess winnings will be removed. Playthrough requirements are 20x on slots (excluding progressive games)."

"Unless otherwise stated, a deposit and bonus must both be wagered 20x before cashing out. Wagering requirements are increased to 25x deposit and bonus on Video Poker, 30x deposit and bonus for all play on War and Multi-Hand Video Poker and 60x deposit and bonus for Blackjack or 21 related games. Full wagering requirements must be met prior to cash out."

That's 20x the deposit and 20x the bonus. Hmmm a 40x play through min.

    50x for Video Poker
60x for War and Multi-hand Video Poker
120x Blackjack, 21 and related games <--- no mention of what games? ---|

    If that 's not ambiguous I'm a monkey's uncle!

    https://www.cubaclubcasino.com/banking.html

This should be in the T&C's IMHO not hiding at the bottom of the banking page.

"Maximum withdrawal amount - $4000 per week."

On the home page of Cuba Club Casino your displaying a ticker of winners:

    Mark C. Won over $41K
    Norma H. Won over $46K

You've also got Jackpots displayed for:

    Shopping Spree: over $900K
    IRIS 300: over $360K

But no where does it state on the home page that you only pay up to $4,000 a week!

If a player hit the IRIS 3000 jackpot, it would take 67.08 weeks (1.29 years) for them to be paid in full.

If a player hit the Shopping Spree jackpot, it would take 242.78 weeks (4.66 years) for them to be paid in full.

Unless things have changed...Ironically when a jackpot is won at any RTG casino, the casino has full access to all funds of that winning jackpot and is supposed to pay these winnings in FULL to the winner.

David some affiliates don't give a toss about players, however I do.

    Cheers

    Dave

    Hello Dave

First of all I make clear that almost 100% of the brands out there have a maximum weekly withdrawal limit; most of them around 4 -5 k and you will find even at 2 k. With this I just want to let you know that our policy is not different than the industry standards. This policy is located in the banking page where everybody can see it.

Regarding the wagering requirements, our policy states that bonus and deposits should be wagered both, I thinks its clear and not ambiguous at all.

Finally I have ask RTG regarding the funds of the jackpots and I will let you know as soon as we get an answer.

    Best Regards

    David

    Best Regards
