Thanks for all your players in the account. Thanks for free traffic and free revenue for us. Next target is to destroy a great affiliate program called Partypartners. Whats your username there? We want to steal your players at Partygaming also...

I have a big problem with my account also. I keep getting player sign ups I moved belosers from a lot of my sites but got more player sign ups in December than in November and September

Iam only keeping them on a few sites so that the have a mimimum of activity, so they dont close my account!

damn ...dont want to send this scam site new players

We should be collecting these incidents for when they try to apply for licence in the US.

A history of breach of contract is not a trivial matter and will surely be considered by any licencing committee.

    Thank you Anthony,

no probs, as i really didn't had a lot of users there. i removed them about 1-2 months ago from my sites so i don't really care about belosers decision.

so i feel like the winner: .

Oh wow!! I wonder how many accounts they will seize this month!

This program really does not care about its affiliates and I guess in return we should show the same amount of respect for them as they do us.

I am also concerned now they are (IMO) shaving on traffic and accounts being opened. Its getting really bad with stats not working or updating.

I doubt anyone really knows how bad it is.

I had the same issues with this program, was referred to this term via email.

The automated closing rule applies to all affiliate accounts at bewinners, please see below respective paragraph ?10 from our terms and conditions:

The account of the Partner will be closed automatically and the Contractual Relationship is automatically terminated if during three successive months no new Paying Actives are generated by the Partner. The Partner will be informed by bwin via electronic mail after two successive months without generation of a new Paying Active that 30 days later the Partner's account will be closed and the Contractual Relationship will be terminated automatically, if during the following 30 days no New Paying Active will be generated by the Partner. The remaining money on the online wallet will not be transferred to the Partner, if he did not create an electronic invoice until the end of the month following the closing of the account.
As soon as I got this I ended my relationship with them. Not interested in a predatory affiliate program when there are another hundred out there we can work with. We also didn't have any players with them since we were just getting started promoting them, so not a big loss for us. Sucks for those affiliates that have been working with them longer.
We help market the following websites: PlayersJet Online Gambling Sites | The Standard Pay Per Head

Mine was an interesting experience, I started promoting Bwin in January and never got a successful payment to them - the same bankwire details I give 20 other partners were "rejected" with Bwin. I stopped promoting them out of protest, got passed around a couple am's - and this was the end result:

    Hi,
Can you specify what you mean by:
“Will I ever get paid from your brand? I guess you will just wait and close my account for not sending new players (would you send signups to a brand that wasn't paying?)”
Didn´t you receive any payment on the invoices you retrieved via bewinners.com?

Nope, I've never successfully recieved a payment from you guys, hence me not promoting you anymore, which brought your little threats for closing my accounts. Very short sighted, all I ask is partners pay us for the work we do.

Of course we want to payout your money, we are honest about that.
I will ask our central team what happened yith your payments and get back to you ASAP.
Meanwhile, I changed the status of your closing role to “none” instead of “90 days”.
    Will keep you posted!

Now that is the move of a partner, thanks. Is bankwire the only option for an affiliate living in the USA?

    Feedback:
there is written that the money was ReturnedByProvider.
it was sent back with the note: UTA BENE ACCT INVALID. So the account is invalid.
that is the only information we get from the bank
The affiliate has to contact his bank and clarify the account details he states with his bank.

The affiliate also has the options Visa and ClickandBuy – which he can see on the selection page.

    Success!

Are you sure i can do Visa? That would of course be easiest - please advise how I do that.

you can choose "payment options" in your affiliate account when asking for payment of your invoice.

I don't understand why did you lie to me??? Today I got the email my account has been closed. I have no choice but to consult an attorney now since you are trying to steal my commissions.

    Hi Mike,

First of all I want to ask you not calling me a liar. This is very impolite and I never did!

I changed the closing rule last month to make sure your account would not be closed while investigating the payment situation. Since this is all solved (problem was not ours, but at your side), the “90 day closing rule” as stated in our T&C´s will be effective. You described you stopped promoting us due to non-payment of invoices, but again: this was because of a problem at your side with your bank account. You also had the possibility to try other payment options as well. Therefor it has been decided the T&C´s will be effective.

I want to stress the fact bwin has already mailed you on May 10th warning you about the possible closure as not performing. Furthermore I also stress the fact you agreed on our T&C´s and thus are aware of our conditions. Affiliates can always invoice the last commission as described in the mail. In your case till end of July you can invoice June.

    Br,

    Timo

Note I was told my account wouldn't be closed over not sending players (only reason I wasn't was I removed them pending payment!), then they shut it anyways. The Visa payout has failed because I'm in the USA. Basically Bwin is just stealing the 2,000 euros I accrued with them in our first, and only, month of promoting them - what short sightedness.

That is just terrible - what a complete joke BWIN are. This was why i spent so much of time trying to educate everyone how rotten BWIN was and is to do this to affiliates. All they are doing is setting up partners to send traffic and then pull the rug under them.

Yet - they continue to enjoy all the benefits of IGB sponsorship.

MJ i am sorry you had this terrible experience. This is just terrible that they would rob a large affiliate such as yourself.

For what its worth if you have a large sum of money in your account I think you said 2K EURO - edit your payment to be Money Bookers and use my MB account if possible - if they can send the money to my MoneyBookers account we can work something out together where I send you PP minus fees and all that stuff..

Anyway i can help out if its possible

There goes my account I had to try them because they have mobile poker, but they converted terrible compared to the other mobile poker providers. It is just a joke the way this program works. I had to test them though, but can confirm that promoting the bwin mobile product is $ down the drain anyway. Hopefully more of the bigger operators will soon enter the mobile poker marked.

Just had my account closed, as had no activity in 90 days. New to this game and only started building my site 3 months ago. Not sure what is in it for them to close me down? If your a new site and traffic is building up slowly, they must see that in a few months time the results might come in. Oh well, glad i found this site and have read this thread.

The idiot programs that do this and have this in their terms do NOT deserve to get the unsuspecting affiliates to sign up and send them ANY traffic to start with.(no matter who they are or how big they are)

Glad you found out during the early days of promotions....

Yes as Rick said - Bwin certainly does not deserve affiliates at all.

Sorry to see you lost out on the relationship with Bwin - they have built the new system in order to take advantage of affiliates and screw them out of revenue.

You will certainly find these days Bwin has less and less affiliates.

As far as many affiliates are concerned - they are scamful bunch

    Bwin = Belosers

I pulled my PartyBets ads months ago on the advice of one of the affiliate networks.
I have just pulled my Bwin ads as well, and replaced the review with a warning to players to stay away.

I should have done this before when I first read about this crap, and I'm sorry I didn't. The only reason was that I've seen complaints before about programs that work really well for me, so it can be difficult to be sure. However, I've now read through the numerous complaints here and had a look at belosers.com, and it's obvious they don't deserve promotion.

I had emailed them to ask for their response to the numerous allegations, but the response was a form email suggesting they could improve my deals. Not falling for that.

Thank you to everyone who is warning people about this, and I'm genuinely sorry I didn't do this sooner.

    Hey mate,

Don't shoot yourself in the foot. We all make mistakes and sometimes need a little time to make proper decisions. I am the type of person who actually needs to see it first hand usually so it makes sense you just wanted to test things out.

I am amazed at how many emails i have gotten on Belosers.com with people telling me horror stories and they have had their accounts shut down and not paid. And its nice to get emails with thank you letters and letting me know they have stopped working with BWIN.

It makes it worth the time and energy I put into this effort to save affiliates!!
