Hmmmm - my stats are disappearing!

Yesterday, I checked this month's and last month's revenue figures. I saw new depositors and monies due. Today, both months show zero depositors and zero money due.

What gives?

I have experienced this phenomena many times over the last few years - I call it the 'VA Shuffle' ...

Im not sure how long it has been so but today I visited VA and ended up on a beta page - maybe that is what is causing your wobbly stats.

I don't understand why the quick stats never match the traffic report....NEVER....

In my case clicks never match and recently downloads usually don't either....

Let's see the quick stats show clicks but on the other hand the traffic report shows clicks...so they should be different....

...duh...

I think VA still think it IS pick on me week. Don't think I've ever had a merchant blatantly call me a liar before - especially when it's their own stats that are screwed up.

Exactly - the stats NEVER add up ... making it easy to assume they are simply "made - up" ... even more likely when you see stats change the last day of the month or worse yet AFTER the month is over as happened with Fiction above.

Really wish I had something good to say about VA, but I can't find the words.

First of all to confirm, we have thoroughly checked the statistics and revenue projection on your account and there was no positive revenue for that period. Also, to clarify one point, the statistics visible for Clicks and those for Revenue operate on different systems. The revenue you see is data generated by Microgaming, while the clicks are generated through our system. <o></o>

We did note a very slight difference in the clicks in the Quick Summary to the others, although this has now been resolved and you will see that all statistics match invariably. But any slight difference in the click ratio has nothing to do with your revenue statistics, which are independent and cannot vary from the amount of revenue generated by your players. <o></o>
