Default How to check the account balance?

How can you check what the account balance is in the Europartners stats? I can only see what the balance is this month and then go back to months in the stats. Surely there has to be a way of checking the overall balance? Im asking as I got hit with a big negative about 5 months back

    Hi,

Have you spoken to your affiliate manager? They should be able to explain to you exactly how to see these types of stats and how to calculate everything. Can you send me your Username and I can try and put you in touch with your affiliate manager. You can either PM me here or email me at [email protected]

They would rather answer a single person and have others just wonder.

Or they would rather answer the same question 100 times.

Or they would rather not have super secret things like explanation of understanding the stats in a single place where affiliates can go read it any time they are having difficulty and get an immediate answer without having to wait for an affiliate manager get back to them.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

I was thinking of removing them as I can't understand the stats, if they can't even answer a simple question on here ( i have pm'd as well) it makes the decision a lot easier

    Hi All,

    It is very straight forward, please see below;

    1) Log In
    2) Select advertiser stats
    3) Select advance stats
    4) Select time period
    5) Select Product
    6) Select Time period in display option (example; stats month, stats date)
    7) Show stats

Thereafter you will see a complete running total, month by month if you select stats month.
If you select stats date you will see a day by day breakdown.

    Regards, Davin.

That is stats, or "amount earned" NOT what is OWED or "account balance".

It would be nice to be able to pull a report starting with one month prior to the last time the affiliate was paid, showing the payment and then the affiliate would have an accurate firgure of what his true "account balance" was.

The out of the box Playtech stats would show this in the Monthly Earnings page (providing the affiliate program actually enters the payment figures in there each month. (some do not)

Well you can take the cashier figures and cross check them against what you earned, but I would prefer to see a running total that could be accessed easily.

This is just another example of the "lack of integrity" Europartners shows affiliates. Especially to members here on GPWA where they seem to be held in high regard from management!

The absence of moral character with this company is somewhat alarming and it surprises me they continue to enjoy the benefits of platinum here alongside many reputable brands.

    And.....................

I think it's not too difficult to remember the date of the last payment statement.

    Hi,

thebookiesoffer, it is the top level revenue where you can see the total figure. As for past payments when they were made and the amount you can have your affiliate manager send you all that information.

    Account balance = amount owed.

Amount earned does not equal amount owed.

Any plans on ever allowing affiliates to SEE this figure?
