    Hi Rick,

    Thanks for your response. I have added you onto the email list as requested.

    I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news but It has been brought to our attention by our casino clients that certain transactions processed in 2011 and 2012 through one of the casino processors for customer deposits has not been settled in full.
    As you earned commission off customer deposits made during this period, we regretfully inform you that these funds have been reversed and therefore we need to apply it to your account as a chargeback for the following amount $3496.00

    Many of us got this email last week and I have replied to them and think the affiliates all share the same opinion that this needs to be followed up.Personally is is like deja vu to the Rival issue 3-4 years ago when they hit us with seized processor losses.I think they owe us nothing less than a month by month break down how this affected our bottom line and to do a lump sum chargeback is not acceptable.It could have occured in months we had big winners therefore not affected our bottom line.
