    Est ce que quelqu'un a recu l'email de Kindred Affiliates au sujet d'une news sur la régulation en Belgique ?
    De mon cot?impossible de le lire ..un fois ouvert il y a rien .... page blanche.

    I got the mail.

    It talks about a casino advertising ban, but I have to change their casino welcome offer ??

    Here the mail of Kindred:

    Dear Unibet Belgium affiliate,

    As you are aware, the new Belgian gambling regulation is kicking off June 1st 2019.
    We need to bend us to the new bonus- and deposit limits, casino advertising ban, in-play regulations that the Belgian government has imposed us, with the least amount of influence for our customers. Now, we are ready for the change, but we also need your help making the following changes:


    Casino welcome bonus change:
    To make sure our customers will not receive more than the permitted amount of bonus per month, we are changing our maximum welcome bonus from new customers on the 27th of May.

    New bonus: 200% until €100 deposit bonus + up to 150 CASH spins
    Alternative: Deposit €50, play with €150 + up to 150 CASH spins

    General request:
    Please remove credit card as a payment possibility, as we will no longer have this.

    Napoleon has sent me this, by the way:

    Dear Affiliate,

    By a Royal Decree on gambling, in this case with regard to Casino affiliate marketing;
    herby an urgent request to adjust / change all advertising regarding Napoleon, before 1 June 2019. Unfortunately, a number of forms of communication on external sites are no longer possible.

    From 1-6-2019 it is no longer possible to associate the Napoleon brand (in writing and image) with;
    • A welcome bonus
    • Any other form of bonus
    • Free spins
    • Cash amounts to be obtained or won

    From 1-6-2019 Napoleon players can and will receive (welcome) bonuses and free spins etc, but we can only communicate this on our own portal - napoleongames.be.

    I can imagine that this is a lot of adjustment work. Very annoying but necessary to be able to continue to advertise according to the regulations.

    Could you inform me when the changes have been made? Ideally in the week of May 27 - so I can do a check between May 27 and May 31 2019.

    Some email also came from Ladbrokes.be today, although they give no clear guidelines on changes required.

    I had a look after what that Royal Decree requires, and what i found on bonuses is that "promotional offers (such as game credits or bonuses) can only be made on the operator’s own website and are thus prohibited on any other medium". I would tend to understand that as an affiliate we are not allowed to offer an incentive for registration (give something as cash or any other thing to the player to follow and register from you), which is something only the operator is allowed. Don't think it refers to a ban on writing about a welcome bonus on your site and then refer the user to the operator's webpage. Maybe I am wrong, any other thoughts?
