KTO Affiliates - payment issue (RESOLVED)

Hello,
I started cooperation with KTO affiliates on January 2019 - CPA deal. I generated 118 FTD for them - they paid me exactly for 0 FTD. I contacted with my affiliate manager Michael many times via Skype and email (proofs below on screenshots), he told me every month that my comission will be calculated and paid - of course they didnt pay.
I don't know how is it possible, that this type of affiliate program is PLATINIUM SPONSOR of GPWA

I have been waiting for my payment about 5 months! Avoid this program.

HI GPWA,

Hope you are all well.

I too am Glad this got resolved.

Just writing you a quick message to say hello once again.

I will be available for issue resolution via Email ( [email protected]) and will pop by for news etc from time to time.

I have been drafted in to restructure and create the affiliate product I want to see and have been given Carte Blanch to do so by management.

I understand that there have been issues like this during the time the brand was launched and promise as soon as i can to try and rectify as many of these as possible as quickly as possible.

I can only apologize and promise that once processes are in place there should only be good things to be said about our program moving forward.

All I ask is for some patience form you so that I can settle and then begin improving things. Rome was not built in a day but i know what it takes to be a great program and overtime we will get to a point were i can stand tall and say we have arrived.

I will be looking at the entire program from the way we pay to the calculations we use and the service levels we offer and promise that in the coming months there will be vast improvements seen across the board.
