    Default Ladbrokes Affiliate program

It is with great regret that I am posting this today but after being ignored by Ladbrokes for the last few weeks I feel I need to make this public.

I have over 2500 sign ups with bet365 and after weeks of Ladbrokes affiliate managers hounding me I signed up to them (with Jonathan Davis -

    - account manager) and posted my first link. I was told I would get ?0 a sign up with 0% of customer winnings so just a flat fee per depositing sign up.

On my first day I got 14 sign ups and had ?50 in referrals so by my math that is 13/14 depositing (Acceptable rate as the offer they had [30?free bets for 10er deposit] was so good I would be surprised if anyone signed up and didn't deposit).

Over the next week I got another 21 sign ups but the ?50 stayed the same so I sent Jonathan an email. He had replied to me within hours every time when I was enquiring about signing up to their affiliate program so I was surprised when it took him a few days to reply to this. He told me that my account was fine and the 21 people probably didn't deposit. I am 100000% sure that is BS for 2 reasons; 1. What are the odds of 13/14 people depositing then the next 21 being 0/21??? and 2. I know of 5 of the people who signed up and I know for a fact they deposited.

For this reason I emailed him back saying I would not promote Ladbrokes again until someone had investigated this further. He replied the next day saying he would get accounts to do this. This was over a week ago and I have not heard from him since.

I have emailed him 7 times since. I have tried to phone him but he is yet to pick up. I have emailed Ladbrokes affiliate email and got no reply.

To add further insult to injury I log in this morning to see the ?50 figure is now ?50. Magically ?00 has disappeared.

Back to Bet365 for me but I will not give up until Ladbrokes fix this.

    Sam

    Really?
    How do you know that?
In a CPA issue some statements can change quickly to perpetrator's knowledge if it's going badly.

Not sure what you are trying to insinuate but i get most of my sign ups from Facebook and these five were from a private group i run where i asked anyone who signed up and deposited to comment underneath a post.

"from a private group i run"

The problem with CPA is, that one question must be allowed: "Will a webmaster act in the same way in finding players if he is on revenue share?"

And the past have shown, that CPA create the illusion of making easy money.
    One example?
    Look here: https://www.active-income.com/forum/big-probl...tml#post722314

You see the problem with some situations like yours?

I will wait for the response of Ladbrokes.

Most times, only one of both sides can tell the truth.

If a webmaster is on revenue share, threads like this one never must be published.

Seriously dude. No idea why you are attacking me here. But sure ill entertain you one more time...

As someone who earned €24,000 last month and will finish on 200k+ for the year 2013 I fail to see why I would bother trying to scam Ladbrokes out of a few 100 quid. I have no acted unethically and have tried to get people to sign up to this deal just like I would for my rev share.

Also, I have never been contacted by Ladbrokes to suggest I have done anything wrong. As far as they are concerned I am doing fine.

How about you spend your time focusing on why Ladbrokes have seemingly ignored me this last week? and why they don't answer their phones or emails?

    Attacking?
Quoting your words and asking some simple questions you call "attacking"?
Every coin that has been stamped with the word "CPA" have two sides.
And i want to see now the other side, Ladbrokes.
    It that fine for you?

Roulette Zietung you need to calm down.

This is a legit concern. Ladbrokes has been somewhat difficult lately. Jacko had been going along fine and then payment had become difficult. It's easy to take advantage of a legit CPA affy.

CPA's are not ideal, granted. However, not all CPA's should be written off so easily!

I would challenge this! Is there a Ladbrokes rep around?

I always see testiments that cpa ends in disaster. That's why I will never take that deal.

Where do you find these groups where you just post a link and players just deposit from it? It sounds too good to be true but maybe you can teach us.

Either way Ladbrokes should address the situation as it does not look good.

Jonathan Davis e-mailed me yesterday regarding a "deal" so I guess he can still access his e-mail box, eh?

I contacted them a few months via their "messaging" system regarding a deal for 200+ FTD's per month but they didn't reply (i guess they aren't interested).

I hope you get it sorted but it doesn't sound very friendly.

I started the group.... Best thing to do is start your own group. Anyone who spams their links in my group gets insta banned and I would say its the same with other groups

On the 11th of November Jonathan sent me this:

I have asked the accounts department to look into the stats as they have access to stats that I can’t see, such as IP address, deposit amount and credit card used to make sure that they qualify as unique players.
I will get back to you asap with the report.
    Regards,

    Jonathan.

    And today I receive this:

    Sam,
Our stats team are still looking into this issue for you.
I will come back to you shortly with an answer.
    Apologies for the delay.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Jonathan.

This is truly disappointing. I am clearly being fobbed off. He has basically copy and pasted the same email sent me to me 2 and half weeks ago. What a joke. I am truly annoyed at how awful Ladbrokes have been. This is simply unacceptable and I hope other affiliates see this/ agree with this

Did he send that follow-up email without being prompted or did you have to ask him for an update?

The Ladbrokes "stats team" need to make you and this matter a priority.

Likewise, your affiliate manager needs to keep an open dialogue with you regarding this matter - even if it is to email you and say "hey mate, I asked for an update and as of right now, there's nothing more to report. However, rest assured this is on the top of my list of things to handle."

Little things like that can go a long way as long as there is genuine follow through on the program's behalf. With all the changes going on at Ladbrokes, on top of their profit warning earlier in the year & their "excusing themselves" from paying US residing affiliates, now would be a good time to show that they can steer their ship away from the storm.

Couldn't agree more. They clearly do not care. They could have this fixed up very quickly if they gave a dam. The fact this has been going on for almost a month is a joke. How are people expected to deal with Ladbrokes long term if every time they have a concern they have to go to these lengths to get any sort of recognition?

For what its worth I do not care about the money they owe me. Its surely only ?,500 Max. Its a matter of principle that I am 99.9% sure they are not being truthful with their stats.

Seriously advise people to consider other affiliates. As someone who gets 5 figures each month from other bookies I can only imagine how ridiculous this would get if we were talking more than a few 100 quid... What a sham
