    Default Ladbrokes / Coral Threatening To Cancel Affiliate Deals

    Having sent my company documents to Tomer (and Hadar) twice already, today I get the email below. Is anyone else getting threats to terminate deals?

    Hope you doing well,
    As part of our new company policy we need to ensure that all of our affiliates have a signed agreement for each of our brands (Coral and Ladbrokes).
    In order to prepare your agreement, I kindly ask you to email me a copy of your company certificate. If you do not have one then a photo ID and utility bill would be sufficient.
    If you already have a signed agreement I would appreciate it if you could email it to me.
    By the end of July, affiliates that has not signed an agreement and sent their company certificate or photo ID will have their deal terminated. Your cooperation is very important.

    I got this a couple of days but the last sentence about termination was not in it. You would of thought it would be standard across the board.

    I will be very interested to see what the new deal is !!!

    I received their contract amendment and have refused to sign it, as it includes a predatory 48 hour termination clause. I will only sign if this clause is removed.

    I am yet to hear back from them. However, should they attempt to close my account because of this, I will see them in the small claims court.

    Should legal action become necessary, I intend to document the entire procedure so that other affiliates can follow the same path if they wish.

    Not sure it would make it to court. But I'm 100% sure you'll have to go through all the procedures to get it processed and, to have those papers served. What Ladbrokes/Coral are trying on here, is imo, nothing less than extortion.

    Completely agree. They would almost certainly settle before the hearing. But I'm more than willing to get proceedings underway (if required) and we'll soon find out!

    I got just one mail of them and I've mailed them a company certificate. Now waiting for the contract. I guess we'll see more of this in the future. Must say that in general it's good to know with who you're doing business.

    Got my termination notice from Coral today stating closure because we haven't sent a depositing player in 12 months. This is no suprise as we've never actually listed them anywhere and only have an account in case we ever wanted to promote them, this type of stance only serves to remind me I made the right choice not promoting them.

    Yes i had the same email i have not listed them i only opened my account a month ago and they are closing my account seems really poor as they have not even given me a chance yet...

    Oh well ill make sure i wont use them in the future..

    Just got mine, which is funny as their affiliate manager introduced himself to me a couple of weeks ago. Sent an email to him to ask wtf is going on.

    @wizard it is a bit harsh on you did you get the standard fodder 12 months or was it i month?

    This is what i got so im guessing they are closing it down :

    Dear Affiliate,


    Your account has not registered any traffic since it was opened. The account has therefore been classified as inactive and is at risk of permanent closure.

    Should you wish to continue with us, please contact your account manager as soon as possible or be sure the account registers the necessary amount of depositing players.

    Does that mean I should expect one from Ladbrokes as well !!!

    Yup, same here. We have stopped promoting them some time ago. I am glad we no longer have active players on their brands.

    Although I had contact with Robert Brown, my account is put on inactive by him or one of his colleagues. Administrative chaos at Ladbrokes. They will repair it, but it looks like a bunch of clowns.

    got the same stupid mail 2 months ago and then this mail below yesterday ,
    i have send all necessery documents , but still not good for them.
    whats happening...??? help...
