We in Germany are very animal loving people ...

But ...

Enough is enough!

More and more human Llamas, totally drunk and grinning like a Cheshire cat, spit on German policemen, who are very close to the citizens. Human Llamas are spitting in the face, spitting right and left in the police car, spitting everywhere after the arrest ... by the liter!

This has now stopped!

From now on also German police will use anti-spitting hoods on suspects!

The truth is, that

-the jobs in this industry are anything but simple tasks.
-representatives like Maria or Renee, who are always been in a good mood, are the minority.
-a handful of rich men have control over the online casino industry.
-a lot of program employees are underpaid and will be assessed only by the appearance or short-term results and not by character traits or great foresight in discerning the potential of new ways in cooperation with webmasters.
-not only players and webmasters ... also program employees in this industry have to fear for their money, because they are clearly sitting at the shorter end of the lever, and if they complain with only one word in public, then they will never find a job again in this industry, not even as a cleaner.
-as a result some contracts between employees and casino / program offshore letterbox owner are not worth the ink they are printed with.
-it's not so easy for some employees to explain e.g. parents why they are working in this "dirty" business, because for the ordinary people gambling is still a nogo.
-the risk of a targeted solicitation of representatives is very high.
-if working for good programs, then it's also a a question of character and loyalty.
-some people -also in high position- sell or exchange privacy data of webmasters on conferences, via email and Skype.
-some programs don't care about law and order.
-some programs believe, paying a sponsor fee is always equated with an acquired immunity.
-the very first casino program on internet, Cyberthrill, was a scam, and the big bang resounds until today in some casino and casino program offices around the world.
-no real independent forum in the casino affiliate industry exist.
-only the first 10 places in Google count, no matter what you do, but hundreds of affiliates exist to occupy these 10 places, and beginning with place 11 you are a windfallen fruit.
-this will not be told to newbies.
-the honest programs and representatives have to suffer under the bad ones, because most readers are not interested in good news, remember only bad news, and since the first book was written for mankind, the devils makes bigger headlines than the angels.
-the enormous employee fluctuation in this industry is home-made and the result of sales, calculations and costings madness.
-parts of this industry are a world of dehumanising structures.
-a red line to protect all interested parties does not exist.
-some people feel that all of this is very worrying.
-despite everything, hope of changing the industry shall not die.

Nothing else is spending more emotions than things that really happened.
Because there are no excuses for the watcher.

12 Years a Slave

Saturday I watched Oscar winning movie "12 Years a Slave" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z02Ie8wKKRg).

Until this day I thought, that "Mississippi Burning" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=987lXKJqHbY) far and away is the best movie -based on a true story- about bitter fate of black man. But "12 Years a Slave" is in no way inferior to "Mississippi Burning". On the contrary! It's also a terrible and shocking shake-out. Also this movie exposes true nature of a big part of mankind. And it's a true story!

If Clint Eastwood is working as a director, be prepared for a great movie. Invariably!

Yesterday I watched his movie "J. Edgar" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnyxjFAbdrA) with Leonardo DiCaprio in the title role as founder of FBI J. Edgar Hoover. No, it is not bang-boom-bang movie. It's an intelligent drama, a true movie about the real life of Hoover, and if I am honest, it changed my view on J. Edgar Hoover to positive.

Why?

Because this movie is more. It's also a heartbreaking homage to the love ... to the gay love!

Demonstrated by the actors in an inimitable way!

Great movie and well done camera job.

Kristal Camilleri Murison was the figurehead of Interpartners. She and only she was the reason I started to work with that program. Kristal was a magnet for talent webmasters because of her skills and knowledge and, not least, because of her personality

There was never a stupid, arrogant, shallow or untruthful statement in any correspondence with her. Every question was answered with professional and friendly answers. She's so unbelievable nice, and it was a pleasure for me to work with her.

There is no doubt, that her departure it's really a major loss for Interpartners and for the whole casino industry. Without Kristal Interpartners will never be the same again.

Kristal, you are a magnificent women.

"Tana", oldest hippo in Europe, dies at the age of 54. She lived a good life in "Opel-Zoo" in Kronberg/Germany. Her health has suffered the last time. "Tana" have been euthanised now. Because of her age further medical care -even by our best animal doctors- was impossible.
