    Default Lucky Jar assistance needed

    I signed up for Lucky Jar program, when trying to email [email protected] to inform you of my username, they get bounced back to me with the error message below:
    [email protected]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<[email protected]> SIZE=3469:
    host mail.mailnetc.com [193.130.144.25]: 550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... Rejected - TRUSTmanager

    (left off the domain as xxxx for privacy)


    Then I tried to send you a message from your website but the form mail failed too, got a long error message when submitted.

    Please advise on how I can contact you to advise of my details. Last email to me said "final Call"

    The email I got from wager junction stated to email them. I will try the Lucky Jar email, not sure if they will be able to help me.

    Hi TechWoman

    we checked our forms and emails and they both worked fine from our side, we also receive emails in our inbox as normal. But we also had a similar problem with an affiliate (member of this forum as well) recently, we did not receive the emails and I had to use Gmail as an alternative, so I'm not questioning your problem, I have been speaking with IT to check why this is happening.

    We use an external service for spam filtering, and for now I can assume it stopped there. Until this is sorted please email me at "stelioswj [@] gmail [dot] com"

    Regarding the form, which browser were you using? I personally did tests with the latest versions of IE, Firefox and Chrome and it worked well.

    I use a mac and at the time the form failed, I was using the latest safari.

    I sent the email to your gmail, I also copied the entire error message that came in my bounced email so that it may help your IT team.
