(Henceforth known as "bwin")

1. General

a) bwin International Ltd.. is one of the bwin Interactive Entertainment AG-Group associated online sports betting company, on the website www.bwin.com (the bwin website ") to the Internet bets and gaming provider (hereafter also played bets called). Furthermore, the bwin sports betting website and offered to sport and leisure seekers interested Internet users numerous previews, statistics, chats with stars and news about sports.

b) The partner maintains and uses one or more websites on the Internet (hereinafter generally "the website").

2. Subject matter

12. Warranty and Liability

I don't know the old terms and am curious due to massive outcry of objections on the new terms. Is there somewhere I could see them since I don't know them?

Are you serious?

What Steve asked for is very reasonable. I don't understand the reason why you would deny him the right to see the old contract.

I was under the impression Bwin was a transparent company with nothing to hide. I also had the impression that Bwin was proud of the new terms since they were so much of an improvement over the old ones.

Considering all of the above, I would have thought you'd be happy to provide Steve with a copy.

Yes it is very disappointing how Bewinners is treating the affiliate community. I must say I am in complete shock. Just a while ago Mallai indicated how transparent they were and going on how they are open to communication.

As an affiliate community we all in good faith pretty much settled down our outcries in the hopes Bewinners would come to table with honesty and fairness.

Well this last week we are all witnesses with the way they are treating us all. We see clearly they do not wish to play fair, and are certainly not transparent.

A simple request for a copy of the old terms and conditions cannot be met. They simply want to hide them from us. And i am really upset by this.

The lack of ethics and fairness coming from Bewinners is really showing its true colors now guys. I hope everyone can see just how unappreciated we all are.

Its such a shame a once great company would resort to this level with all of us. There is simply no respect for any of us here.

We witnessed that here this week! Now everyone can see how they really feel about the affiliate community!

#Elgoog - thank you for posting that "terms and conditions" - I am ashamed for Mallai how he handled the request, really ashamed.

Its clear they will not play fair or work with us.

It's pretty clear now that Bewinners does not want to cooperate with affiliates. The facebook page is closed and now refusal to share the preveious t/c's that have been requested over and over again.

Now we get into all kinds of tricky areas. There is now most likely going to be the burdan placed on your hosts at the GPWA on whether Bewinners should be allowed sponsorship here at all by the majority of affiliates. This is a webmaster forum, not a program forum.

Bewinners is placing affiliates in a very bad place. It won't just go away Bewinners.

*Sigh* I foresee an affiliate storm looming.

Wow!! A simple request (made in English) should not be this hard to accommodate. Steve asked for a copy of the old T$C's. He asked in English. Please just supply them for him, in ENGLISH! The copy Elgoog was good enough to supply are translated from DUTCH and may not be 100% accurate.

For the record, I belong to dozens of programs and do not have copies of any of their terms - and if I requested a copy that no longer exists, I would think that every one of those programs would be happy to provide them.

I am simply amazed that you're making this so difficult!

Allot of programs have archives as well in case affiliates need to verify details for their business.

When a company indicates they are "transparent" this is what most of them do.

However in this case it is safe to say Bwin (Bewinners) is not a transparent affiliate program anymore!

I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism we are witnessing here.

I will ask again. Please Bewinners show some professionalism here and transparency please!

You should still have them as well.

I would think Bewinners would want to highlight the improvements of the new terms and the positive changes you feel were made.

But without seeing the whole picture, affiliates are just looking at the negative aspects of the new terms. By not showing a side by side comparison you are not being helpful in moving this process forward and striving to get us in a better place.

It is in everyones best interest to stop focusing on the negative and start talking about moving forward.

I ask that you please send me a copy of the old terms and conditions.
