Hi GPWA members!

I really need help in figuring out how to redirect a lot of URLs in the form of cat/index.html?=pagename.html to cat/pagename.html AND (redirecting underscores with dashes)page_name.html to page-name.html

If there exist a much simpler code then it will be really helpful! I hope someone can help me.
