Mojo proudly announces new addition

Mojo Affiliates is happy to welcome and introduce their newest team member, Tahlia! Tahlia brings to Mojo Affiliates her fresh and fun energy as well as her immense creative ability.

A stickler for grammar and a hardcore Barcelona FC fan, Tahlia will make sure that no matter what the task she'll put a new, exciting spin on it. She'll be diving head first into our affiliate family and be the new point of call for any special needs.

Tahlia will be contacting you sending you new banners and creative – if you need anything at all email [email protected].

She hasn't seen this thread, so I guess its ok to spread falses rumours till she sees it.

She likes to get really liqoured up, and then she beats people up.

The rumour that I <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">started</span> heard was that she pledges money for charity fundraisers and then doesn't actually make the payment!

Is Tahlia coming to London for LAC? Hope so -- her outfit in that picture is perfect for the 20s/cabaret theme at Fire&ICE this year!

Hmmm the more I see this the more I don't like it....

Must be an inside joke that I don't get. No offense but it is disrespectful. To me. And the young woman coming on board.

Rak now can we see your photo wearing the same outfit?Honestly maybe I am getting old but if the idea is hire a pretty girl and then exploit her that is a terrible marketing idea.

Hi Judy,

3 things.

1. Thats an awful thing to say about Tahlia. She was not hired for her looks, thats not how we, or anyone in this industry should operate. She has been working for us for a while now, working in a different department. She was offered a position in the affiliate team for because of creative nature and communication skills.

If we hired people based on looks... I dare say our Affiliate team - Adam, Jake, or myself would have a job. Matt our Binary Options Manager is a good looking boy... but we didn't hire him based on his looks.

2. I asked her for a photo which I could use in a Press Release, she submitted this one because she felt it would suit the Fire & Ice Party we will be at in London.

3. Not sure a big enough outfit could be found for me.. but.. theres always a chance...

Fact she is a pretty girl I did not say you hired her because she was pretty.I was sticking up for her and all women as frankly I find it a big turn off when I go to conferences and programs market this way.Bodog girls never did it for me either .Also wanted to add that i seriously thought she was a actress/model taking some photo shoot .

It would have been nice to hear more of Tahlia's skills if you don't mind me saying so. You didn't mention any of that in your OP.

Judy didn't say anything awful about Tahlia.

Look, if no one speaks up, goodness knows where we would be. I hadn't read the thread when I posted the first time. Just the title. When I did read it, I wasn't laughing anymore. I posted the 2nd time my displeasure. I saw what Judy is saying immediately. It's insulting to women to be on point and honest.

Kudo's to Judy for speaking up.

I don't think you meant to have this thread go so wrong rak. It just doesn't sit well and I know you didn't mean it that way. I get that.

I also don't understand using the 'thanks' button when the thanker doesn't give their perspective.

Anyway, welcome Tahlia! Sorry you got off to a rocky start!
