Angry No Contact - No Payment (RESOLVED)

I have been with RevenueGiants for many years. The payments used to be automatic every month. Then they asked to send them invoices every month, which were paid regularly. They are now several months behind in paying and not replying to any emails. I am not even sure who to contact? I have emailed support@ / milton@ / mihai@ / affiliates@. Has anyone else been getting payments from RG? Has anyone else had contact with RG recently?

I’ve never had any issues with Revenue Giants. Monthly payments are made without any trouble.

Thanks for your replies. I never used to have issues with them until the past several months. It is quite frustrating that they are not replying. I have added mihai to skype and am waiting to hear back. I will update this when I get a reply.

UPDATE - Mihai got in touch through skype. He connected me to Milton, who I have contacted previously. Somehow his emails to me were bouncing and my emails to all email accts at rg were bouncing. I am not sure what the issue with payment was? I resubmitted all outstanding invoices today and they promised to pay early next week. I will confirm once I receive payment.

I really hate this whole ''send me an invoice in order to get paid thing'', you have my bank account/ewallet address so just send it there.
Multilotto recently started doing this as well, it is very annoying, especialy if you advertise a lot of brands.

Part of this goes back many years as I recall some of the Playtech's seemed to have started the trend. (although a few had it since the beginning)

When The Playtech's first started it I recall we had to also include a statement (whether electronically or as part of the invoice) that none of the traffic being paid for came from any jurisdictions that were excluded.

What I find is beyond silly, is that they could easily just create an invoice system that would comfortably populate the correct figures in a form that would send both to them as well as CC' the affiliate, with a few clicks, which would be better for everyone involved.

But then the affiliate programs might actually be known for efficiently paying affiliates, and affiliates would certainly recommend the groups that did that more, and affiliates would be lining up to join their programs and probably send them more traffic....but alas, programs don't want that good reputation do they.

Side Note: My small rant above is not directed at Revenue Giants or any specific affiliate program since I have almost always found revenue Giants to normally pay affiliates when they had commissions due and in fact the issue raised at the beginning of this thread has been resolved, but the trend to slow down and delay and complicate the payment process is a growing trend, but could easily be less complicated on the affiliate program's side with a little coding.
