we work now more as 2 years with Euro Partners together. In this time we had every 2-3 month problems. Payments are to late! Wrong Payments! We made deals and at the end we get no payment for this.
Actual we are waiting for payments from Titan Poker and Mansion Poker. Today is the 17 and we still have no payment from September. From Titan Poker not even the Statement for September 2011.
At Titan Poker we have a mistake in our Netgaming. Titan Poker made a mistake with a player and gave them 800€ Bonus and not 800$ for his Titan Points. It was in the middle of the September when i informed our Account Manager Sandra. Till now 1 month later nothing is happend. It must be very easy and fast to check that this player get 300$ to much for his points. But after 1 month nothing???? Its not correct that we have to pay for this mistake from Titan Poker. Its not the first time when we have such problems. I dont know how many times this happend with our other players, with whom we have no good contact.
The communication with our account manager before and now is very very bad. Communication with phone is impossible, and on emails we get after 20 emails and 2 weeks maybe one short answer. But nothing is working!
Its really impossible to work good with such problems and without a normal communication.
Of course we dont promote Titan Poker or Mansion Poker active when we have only problems. We work with a lot of other partners together and have a very good communication and never problems. Only so its possible to work good!
We want to work with Euro Partners together and promote all brands active, but with this problems its impossible.
For Euro Partner doesnt matter because nobody contact us or give us a answer!!!!!
And so as i hear and read,are we not the only one with payment problems and bad communication.
